In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 3, the maximum allowed occupancy is 8, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.

This Kiawah Island vacation rental features three bedrooms, picturesque marsh and river views, multiple outdoor living spaces, and access to the Inlet Cove community dock and seasonal pool. The cottage is less than a 5-minute walk from the beach.

Complete with new furnishings, hardwood floors, windows, as well as paint inside and out, this cottage will offer guests a one of a kind experience in the Inlet Cove community. The completely renovated (2024) cottage boasts three bedrooms, a whole-house water filter, high-end finishes throughout, and an incredible view over the marsh.

Upon entering the cottage, you are greeted by a beautiful open living plan with a convenient drop zone, perfect to hang your jackets or beach towels, to your left. Immediately on your right is the primary bedroom, which features a king-size bed, flat screen TV, en suite bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower.

The spacious living area offers a couch and two lounge chairs, plus a large flat-screen TV for everyone to enjoy. Just behind the living room, you will find the dining area with seating for six, as well as the cozy sunroom with additional space for relaxation.

The kitchen, featuring quartz countertops, brand new stainless steel appliances, a reverse osmosis water tap, and additional seating at the island, has been relocated to the back of the home so that you can enjoy the picturesque view of the marsh and river.

Also offering a beautiful marsh view, the second bedroom provides a queen-size bed, flat screen TV, and newly attached en suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower.

In the third bedroom you will find two extra long twins that may be converted to a king upon request. A flat screen TV, as well as games, are available for the whole family to enjoy. The bathroom is just across the hall and features a shower/tub combo. The full-size stacked washer and dryer are also located in the third bathroom.

Guests can enjoy relaxing outside in the downstairs outdoor living area or dine al fresco at the large dining table. The deck off the kitchen features a small table where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening beverage while overseeing the beautiful marsh and river view. (Photos coming soon!)

The cottage is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guests have access to the Inlet Cove community swimming pool and dock. The pool is unheated and open seasonally.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.
