Relax at Magnolia (974525) and enjoy the secluded beauty of nature with a year round mountain view. Your view includes the monument of Brasstown Bald, the tallest point in Georgia. Sit back in one of the 4 Amish rocking chairs on the deck. Our fully furnished mountain home has three bedrooms and three full baths. The kitchen is located on the main floor with a breathtaking view of the mountains. A vaulted ceiling living area has a 50' Flat SCREEN TV, Blueray DVD player, wood burning fireplace along with the master bedroom on the main level. Downstairs is a separate living area with TV, stereo, full bathroom and washer and dryer.
Enjoy feeding the birds from the bird and hummingbird feeders. There is an outside fire pit, grill and chairs to enjoy the view from a stone patio. See for miles. A beautiful private location.

The home has central heat and air along with wireless internet. Come and enjoy a home decorated in mountain decor with one of the best views in Hiawassee Georgia, just a short drive to the middle of town.

Perfection

My husband and I needed a peaceful place to relax and connect with nature and we could not have asked for more! The house was clean and inviting, the view was beautiful and all encompassing, the beds were comfortable, the pool table was fun, and the fire pit and wood burner made everything so cozy! Karen was quick with responses and Hiawassee was a great escape! We will definitely be returning again and again

Amazing views

We had a great time in this cabin! Very clean and cozy! Had everything that you need! Highly recommend! The owners had to move us to another cabin due to the snow on our original cabin! Karen took great care of us with accommodating us with this cabin!

Happy New Year

Stayed for a week with family over New Year's. We had a great time, and it went by so fast. Everything was as advertised according to the listing. The only thing I would recommend is to bring your own frying pan or skillet. The existing pans are very hard to cook in without food sticking. We brought our own electric skillet, so it was not much of an issue.

Perfect Mountain Getaway!

Oh My Gosh! Mountains right out the huge windows! This was just what we wanted! And, the cabin was everything we hoped for and more. Very comfortable, kitchen and well-equipped, the bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. The owners thought of every detail, even adorable pinecone shower curtain hooks in the bathroom! The road to the cabin goes up, up, up but once you are there, you are so at home and the view is ideal. The owners were very, very responsive with a question I had on arrival and even though I didn't need to call again, their friendliness and hospitality made me feel like a VIP. I highly recommend this property.

Wow! Amazing!

This property is amazing and so worth it. The views are breathtaking. Take time to go to the shoals for an amazing hike to a waterfall or head to Helen, a beautiful Aloine village town.

Perfect Escape!

Outstanding views, and excellent space to relax and unwind House was well appointed, clean and spacious. Superb views of the mountains and a great sized yard that provided complete privacy from nearby cabins.

Cabin with a great view.

Stayed at the Magnolia cabin for a long weekend and really enjoyed the views and the comfort of the cabin. The only thing I would tell anyone looking to rent this cabin is be prepared to drive up a rather steep road to the property. We have a mid sized SUV and it did ok but I would not recommend driving a smaller car to the house.

We love the Mountains!!

The Host went above and beyond, we lost power due to hurricane Helene and the host accommodated us with another property that had power. Any time we needed anything the host was quick to respond. Both properties were well maintained, clean and beautiful views. Would definitely rent again. Thank you so much

Perfect get away!

Beautiful house with a beautiful view & very nice amenities. You can see Brasstown Bald from the back porch. We enjoyed the firepit & the pool table. Steps down bottom floor are a little steep. Overall a very good stay.

The property was absolutely gorgeous! I loved the cabin because it looked like one that i used to own..our last night there, the ac went out. The owners were quick to respond and when they couldn't get anyone to come out and service it, the put us in a different cabin. Definitely going to stay here thr next trip!

Super Visit

We loved the deck, perfect for our toddler to play on safely while we enjoyed the view. Nice, quiet area very close to town and multiple waterfalls were an easy day trip.

A Perfect Getaway

“Five Stars” are not sufficient to describe this hostess and her properties. We had the advantage of arriving about the same time she (hostess) learned of a malfunction of the air conditioning at the time appointed for our check-in. (She remained on the phone with us until she was confident that we were settled, comfortable, and more than satisfied). We saw one beautiful property inside and out, and we stayed in another (even better, if possible !) —the alternative seamlessly managed by our hostess. The temperature did not seem to be an issue to us (and with the cool mountain air we knew we would be cozy at night) but out of an abundance of care she moved us to an equally lovely home—with even more features to make our trip perfect. For us to describe both properties, we say “read the descriptions.” You will not find better…and you will not enjoy a better value!! But the key is ACCOMMODATION. And that refers to both the properties and the hostess and her communication and HOSPITALITY. We had more than enough room, a perfectly clean and welcoming home, three bathrooms, heavenly beds, and the kind of view of mountains and water you want to wake up to!! Convenient, Quiet, Clean, Restful, and Safe!! Choose this VRBO getaway!!! We will always call on her for our future trips to the Northeast Georgia Mountains!!

Poor accommodation

A/C did not work in the house and 2nd and 3rd floor were unbearably hot. Had to stay confined in the basement where it was still hot but much cooler. When I informed the Karen of the issue, she first accused me of causing the problem by putting the temperature too low - which was not the case. Then Vince called to have me troubleshoot and diagnose the problem - not really something I feel I should be doing as a guest at their house, but I did it without complaint. First he had me go out back and check the lines from the AC unit to see if there was any ice buildup, then check to see if any water was under the unit in the laundry closet, then move furniture, access the breaker panel, and reset the breaker. None of those were the issue, so they said they would send a tech out but couldn't get one out before we left the next day. Vince and Karen were apologetic about the A/C not working, and offered a discount if we come stay with them again. I told them I would not be coming back to the area, so I can't use a future discount. I asked for a partial refund instead, since the property was not as described (A/C listed as an amenity), and we were not able to use the majority of the house due to the heat. Seemed like a reasonable request since we did not get what we paid for/what was advertised. After asking politely twice, host stopped responding to my messages. Avoid these hosts' properties. They do not care to be fair with their guests.

Absolutely Beautiful!

The view can't be beat!! Location was great and the house was perfect, so cute. We had everything we needed and more. We didn't use the pool table, fire pit or fireplace, but if you had a group they would be a lot of fun. We hiked and drove all over the area. Thanks so much!
