Amazing peaceful cabin, in beautiful quaint mountain town!
We absolutely LOVED our stay in this cabin! It was cozy, well-stocked, quiet...perfect for relaxing and enjoying the mountains. My small family stayed here, and we really appreciated the added comfort of the gas fireplace (which really heats up the place!), the full kitchen, big closets, stocked linens and paper products, laundry facility, and more. We enjoyed the Mountain View off the back deck, overlooking Brasstown Bald. Thank you for sharing your perfect little place with us!
Some close by areas we enjoyed; Brothers restaurant, Helton Falls, horseback riding at A Step Above Stables, drive up Bell Mountain, hiking to the summit of Brasstown Bald, High Shoals Falls, and Tallulah Gorge State Park...all amazing and so fun. We will definitely be back! Happy New Year, Linda!
Thank you, for the nice review. I am always glad to hear that you were comfortable and had what you needed. Our cabin is like a guest room in our home and you our guests. Please remember us if you return to the Georgia mountains.
Very cozy and comfortable.
Great place to stay. Had everything you need provided. Great view of Brasstown Bald mountain out the back deck. Will defiantly go back in the future. The owner was very helpful with info of the area and places to eat or buy groceries.
Beautiful warm home with magnificent views in a peaceful setting!
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this lovely home. It was so peaceful and well-appointed with everything we needed and nothing that we didn't! We were more than comfortable and the view of the mountains is breathtaking. Every morning we watched the sunrise which was unique unto itself each day. The large picture windows facing the mountains provided a expansive and glorious view. We stayed warm by the gas fireplace although the heating in the house was more than sufficient to keep us cozy. We spent our Thanksgiving together as a family. It was an excellent meeting point, the area is lovely. We left with even more to be thankful for. We are very grateful to the owner of this home for making our stay just incredible. A holiday to always remember....
Thank you for your kind words and for taking the time to write a review. Have a wonderful holiday season and keep us in mind if you return to the Georgia mountains!
Like being at home
The cabin is perfect for two couples. Both bedroom suites are very comfortable and well appointed. Everything you could possibly want in a home away from home was provided. We really enjoyed it and Linda was available for any questions we had. Thanks Linda for sharing.
GREAT time in the North Georgia Mountains
My wife and I had a GREAT stay at this cabin. It was very nice inside and out. We plan to come again. If you are looking for a cabin to just sit around and enjoy the view or if you are looking for a cabin that is located in a perfect place to take day trips into the North Georgia Mountains this is the one.
I am so pleased that you had a wonderful visit. There is so much to do in the mountains and it is so beautiful no matter what time of year. Come back and explore more trails!
Brought our infant grandbabe and it was WONDERFUL!
Hubby and I were up to Young Harris for a seminar for him, but we brought our infant granddaughter along for our joy and her parents' rest. She loved the views and the leaves. We did the walk at Lake Chatuge, which the owner recommended and gave us directions to, and it was amazing! The beds were comfortable, the view exceptional, the kitchen enjoyable to cook in, the deck was great (morning and night), the proximity to Crane Creek Vineyard was a huge plus, nice area for a walk, quiet. It had a very spacious feel to it. It was very clean. I appreciated that. The owner made our reserving a breeze with no problems, and answered all questions timely and helpfully. We can't wait to come back! I left her directions to Lake Chatuge in the Guest Book, so look for them there! ;>D
