Step into a spacious, open floorplan with an expanded outdoor living area, ensuring all the comforts of home in this Seascape villa. The welcoming dining area features a large, beautiful dining set and hutch, fully stocked for both cooking and dining. The living space is bright and airy, with a sofa, three chairs, and an LED flat-screen TV. The updated kitchen, equipped with all modern appliances and amenities, opens to the breakfast bar area.

Upstairs, the Master bedroom offers a King bed, flat-screen TV, and large floor-to-ceiling windows with room darkening curtains, allowing you to control the amount of natural light. An ensuite bath with a shower/tub combo is attached. The guest bedroom features two Full Beds, a flat-screen TV, and an additional bathroom just across the hall.

Outdoor living is abundant, with a double-sized sunshade umbrella, outdoor dining table, gas grill, and additional seating for a delightful experience.

Seascape complex includes two on-site swimming pools, one just steps away from the front door or back deck of the Villa. The naturally landscaped grounds feature trees, bushes, shaded pathways, and several bridges over a lagoon. Cascading water at pond fountains attracts wildlife, creating a private outdoor setting. The community also has its own private beachfront cabana with restrooms and outdoor showers.

Situated next to South Forest Beach Drive, the Hilton Head Island bike path provides easy access to nearby enjoyable activities, including shopping at Coligny Circle, miniature golf, bike rentals, tennis, a movie theater, and fantastic restaurants—a short bike ride or stroll away.

Only issues were floors had obviously been patched and were loose in places. Wasn't a big deal. Turntable in microwave didn't spin and ice maker was super slow. Didnt mention any of those things to the company because wasnt a big deal to us. One of the best features of Seascape is having the private bathroom at the beach. Very convenient! Also, loved having the bikes and beach chairs that were provided. I got there Saturday and didn't get in a car until Friday. Would stay there again for sure. Is the 2nd time we have booked through Island Rentals and highly recommend! Already planning our trip for next year and hoping to make 2 trips workout.

Peaceful!

Vacation with family. Convenient location to bike trail with 4 bikes included! Beach chairs, umbrella and beach cart available for use. Quiet community and nice pools. Abundantly stocked kitchen. Only suggestion is fans in bedrooms. We recommend this property!

Air conditioner

A new unit was installed that was not working properly. It took a few visits and it still did not work right but we were able to keep the unit cool and property management was excellent. It was a problem with the breaker. Thank you so much for such an enjoyable stay.

Great location, but pest problem in the kitchen

We love this location and the property is so pretty. The kitchen is well stocked and the beach access is fantastic. However, there was a pretty serious pest problem in the kitchen which was such a bummer! We opened a few drawers that had roaches, and the garbage can had food in the bottom beneath the bag with roaches and there was often a bug or two on the counter, in the sink and on the stovetop. We communicated with the property manager and because of the system it took a couple of days for someone to come in and spray, but this unfortunately, didn't help very much. It's such a bummer because it's an awesome property at a great location! The property manager was responsive and refunded us our cleaning fee, but still a bummer as we had hoped to cook more but we didn't want to in this kitchen!

The location was ideal and the villa had everything that you would need for a perfect stay. The bikes were a huge bonus. There were nice beach chairs, a cooler and wagon to take everything to the beach. The beach umbrella was busted so we purchased a new one and left it for future guests! The only issue we had was the cockroaches in the kitchen. Per other reviews, it appears that the previous guest had issues as well and the pest control folks had been there prior to our visit. We notified the pest control folks about the bugs so that the unit could be treated again after we left. Hopefully they can get the pests under control since everything else about this villa was great.

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and a quick bike ride to all Coligny destinations. The condo was clean and very well-equipped (bikes, wagon, and beach chairs included). If you're coming in the off-season, be aware that the pool is not heated -- our kids didn't seem to mind though! The property management was excellent. They answered any questions I had promptly. We will definitely stay here again.
