Newer 1260 sq ft - two bedroom, two bathroom - 2nd floor Peninsula Condo available for vacation rental.

We are a non-smoking - no pets unit! Enjoy the sunrise from the covered primary bedroom terrace and gorgeous sunsets from the large, covered terrace off the living space...overlooking the hillside and golf course.

Dine alfresco - with a large patio table & 6 comfy chairs...not to mention a BBQ for grilling. The living room has a La-Z-Boy couch & leather reclining chair…to enjoy watching the 52 inch Smart TV!

The kitchen boasts granite counters...an eat-at island and 3 counter-height stools, stainless fridge, microwave, stove and dishwasher. There is also a water cooler. The living room/kitchen areas share an AC unit and ceiling fan. Wifi and Canada/US long distance included.

The Primary Bedroom is large, bright and boasts a comfy kings sized bed, an AC unit and ceiling fan, top quality window blinds, a smart TV, built-in closet space galore and a second covered terrace to enjoy your morning coffee.

The ensuite bathroom & guest bathroom both feature granite counters and travertine tile throughout - including in the large - glassed-in showers.

There is an in-suite stackable washer/dryer too!
There is NO parking available on-property. You can park your rental just outside the gates.
The complex is well run...with security, a fabulous outdoor pool - complete with lots of loungers and a large palapa area - with seating areas, a book exchange and poolside wifi.
