We offer built in Wi-Fi, a ceiling fan, a 48” LCD Smart TV, and Bose iPod dock. Secured, underground parking is available for those that have a rental vehicle!

The bedroom is finished with a king size bed, a spacious closet, air conditioning and separate access to the private terrace. The bathroom (located just off the bedroom) is finished with marble countertops and a stylish contemporary sink.

The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven and stove. There is a granite island in the kitchen area with 3 bar stools for dining or sipping your favorite drink!

The amazing roof top solarium is where you will find the infinity edge pool with unprecedented ocean views. It is complete with chaise lounges for sunbathing and comfortable sofas to enjoy your favorite book. This area also has a gym for those that cannot escape those daily workouts!

The best part – you are 20 meters from famous 5th Avenue and 2 blocks to Mamitas Beach – Location, location, location!

Great location / value

LOCATION!!! How stoked I was to find this gem. One of the best locations in town and while this unit isn't huge, the bedroom (King bed) and bathroom, were very good size. Living area was adequate, which is fine because coming to Playa is NOT about staying inside! Like, 2 blocks from the beach and maybe 15 meters to 5th Ave (and @ 24th Street - great area). Rooftop pool was awesome. The unit is in the back side of this new development, so virtually no noise at night. Total score!

Wow, wow, wow. I cannot say enough good things about my stay here. The building is fantastic, the condo was beautiful. Location was amazing as well. Close to everything. No cabig or car needed at all. The company took care of my every need and promptly( and I mean really fast) returned emails answering any questions I may have had. 10/10 in my books. Already planning my return.
