This Kiawah Island vacation rental offers 1 bedroom, a screened porch, and lagoon views. This second-floor Mariners Watch Villa is just a 60-second walk to the nearest beach.

Upon entering the villa, you will find an open floor plan with tons to offer! In the living area, you will find comfortable seating equipped with a sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, lagoon views, and sliding door access to the screened porch. To the right, you will find a fully equipped kitchen within close proximity to the dining area. The dining area offers ample seating for your whole party.

The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed with ample closet space, while the primary bathroom is equipped with a glass, walk-in shower.

The screened porch is the perfect spot to lounge or sip your morning coffee!

Lovely place!

Beautiful place; modern, clean, and nicely decorated. Had all the kitchen gear to cook our own meals when we wanted to stay in. Very quiet spot, just a short walk over the dunes to the beach, and super quick bike ride to the Night Heron market. Would definitely stay here again for our next time to Kiawah!

Outstanding Rental

Beautiful villa, close to beach, in a very quiet community. Screened in back patio was wonderful to enjoy the outdoors from inside. The rental company was very easy to work with. I highly recommend!

Not as nice as other units we’ve stayed in. Check in n instructions were confusing (3 lock boxes). Poor lighting . Rental equipment was delivered to wron unit so we didn’t have bikes or beach chairs for a day . Convenient to the beach and quiet . Still love Kiawah bur will rent somewhere else.

Upon arrival property was not as clean as I would have anticipated. Screened in porch had not been swept free of sand and windows on sliding doors were not clean. Air conditioning vents were dirty with black dust. Floors and bathroom did not have the “just cleaned” feel.

Great family beach trip

Spent 4 nights in Kiawah for a work trip/ family vacation. The condo was very conveniently located not too far inland from the entrance which made trips to freshfields market easy as well as relatively close to the beach and close to the park with a playground. My husband had the kids (age5) in the morning and they spent the majority of the time at the nearby park and then afternoons we all went out to the beach. The condo was clean and had a nice layout overall. We really enjoyed the main living room and the screened in porch. There was a small issue with the kitchen sink faucet not being fully attached so it moved a bit but otherwise everything was great. The kids slept on the pullout couch. The washer and dryer on the porch is always appreciated for being able to pack less clothes.

Reservation/check-in easy peasy. Unit is bright and clean and generally well stocked. There were only three hangers when we arrived, but the onsite manager delivered 20 hangers within 20 minutes. Bed was a double…we expected a queen. Bathroom faucet is very loose…should be tightened. Bed pillows need to be replaced and upgraded. All issues are first world problems…did not diminish our enjoy of the unit.
