Chris was very accommodating and helpful with everything during the week. He checked in with us and made us feel like we were friends and not just renters. The property was very nice. Oceanfront view with the larger of the decks facing directly out. Being on the top floor allowed for some of the best ocean views especially when the dolphins appeared. Definitely somewhere to stay! We very much enjoyed our stay.

Great view! Very clean and well furnished. It had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation! There were lots of restaurants within walking distance.

The PERFECT beach condo! This condo is absolutely perfect. The beach view are incredible. We loved all the extras included; beach chairs, extra pullout bed, fully stocked kitchen. We would 100% rent this condo again.

The condo was beautiful and very well equipped with everything needed for a great week. Love the sunsets from the balcony. Chris the host gave us great suggestions for restaurants and was very accommodating with any questions we had.Can’t wait to book again to enjoy the weather, hunt for seashells and listen to the waves.

Perfect view of the beach and watching the sun set. Would definitely stay there again. Everything met expectations and then some. Great communication with the host. Excellent place to stay right on beach

Excellent place to stay right on beach with gorgeous view of sunset. The whole condo was spotless and included everything we needed plus more. So glad we chose this place to stay for our family vacation.

We stayed in unit 502 5/2-5/9/2026. This unit is gorgeous and has everything you can think of. It was super clean. The owner Chris called us when we got there and checked to make sure everything was good and if we needed anything to let him know. He was very nice and helpful. The absolute best part was the view. Being on the 5th floor, you saw everything.We watched the sunset every night from there. And they were gorgeous. It was an absolute beautiful week. We highly recommend it and would definitely go back.

2023 WINTER VACATION

Perfect Stay

Absolutely beautiful condo that we would not hesitate to stay in again! The condo was extremely clean, kitchen was well stocked, beds were very comfortable, and we really appreciated all of the beach gear provided. Fun At St. Pete Beach

We had a wonderful time at the Vista. The unit exceeded our expectation in every way. The furnishings are all first class, and the beds, chairs, and couch are all very comfortable. The location is ideal close to everything you need at St. Pete Beach.

Great Condo

You will not find a better place to stay on St. Pete Beach!! Condo is always stocked with everything you will need and very well kept and cleaned. The owners are very responsive and always try their best to do anything they can to make your stay more enjoyable. Would defiantly recommend, when we come to St. Pete, we always stay here:)
