Each bedroom has its own bath and large, walk-in closet, with the Master Suite offering two separate, private patios one featuring an outdoor shower. The living areas surround a large central patio with water features, and throughout the villa is fine stone flooring. Adjacent is an enclosed garage with space for a large luxury car, golf cart.

A one-time, per-person, per-stay access fee applies to all vacation rental guests and must be paid prior to arrival.

Adults & Teens (13+): USD $50 + 16% VAT + 15% service

Children (5–12): USD $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service

Under 5: No charge



This fee provides access (subject to availability) to Club Punta Mita beach clubs and amenities.

Additional facilities such as golf, racquet sports, ocean activities, and the gym incur extra charges.
