Our single level, 3-bedroom, 3 and 1/2 bath villa is a mere 5 minute walk to the beach! No need for beach towels, beach chairs or umbrellas either. It's all provided.
While staying with us you will enjoy private access to 4 beach clubs, which serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as provide towels, lounge chairs & umbrellas and also offer access to ocean activities and spa treatments. There are also 'kiddie' pool areas for the kids at several of the beach clubs.
The villa itself features a spacious combination kitchen/living/dining room area that opens onto a partially covered terrace with an outdoor dining area, BBQ grill, a private dipping pool, and views of the ocean and the Pacifico Golf Course. The villa has recently been remodeled with all new kitchen appliances & bedroom furnishings, as well as a state of the art water filtration system.
The villa includes a full service concierge service capable of arranging private chefs, pre-arrival food and beverage shopping, airport transportation, tours, surfing, fishing, massages, dinner reservations. The villa also includes daily housekeeping services and a 6 person golf cart.
As our guest you will also have the privileged use of our Premier Punta Mita Golf Club Membership which gives you access to a number of additional features that include access to both Jack Nicholas signature golf courses, Pacifico, with the "Tail of the Whale" hole, and the newest, Bahia golf course, as well as access to the tennis and fitness center. Additional fees apply.

This is a great villa located in the Las Palmas area, great location on the Pacifico golf course. Can see the ocean in the distance. Very clean and well appointed amenities. Eli, the local concierge was very responsive and helped us with everything we needed. Would highly recommend!!

Great open plan property

I thought was a great for a family of four (or five), everyone had their own space. The large outdoor living area was a great place to eat with plenty of shade. We would stay here again.

Our family of four had a great time at Suzanne's villa in Punta Mita. The villa was clean, well stocked and had a beautiful view of the 3rd tee of the Pacifico course. The concierge Eli was responsive and helpful with all our questions. Having the golf cart and access to all of the beach clubs was great, each club has its own flavor and personality. The villa was the best VRBO we have ever stayed in, we will absolutely visit again!

Amazing! Exactly the kind of paradise I was looking for!

This place is my new favorite getaway. It's even more stunning than the pictures, and so warm and welcoming that you'd think this is your best friend's home. My favorite part was the dipping pool: a perfect temperature to dip your feet in to cool off while laying out in the sun. We didn't get a chance to golf, but will definitely be coming back to give it a shot!

I can’t say enough nice things about the house. The layout is perfect, the location divine, the beach club was our home away from home and the golf cart made it easy to get around. Eli and Lupita took great care of us. Only minor thing — the freezer doesn’t work well — but overall 5+ stars. We can’t wait to come back!

Spring Break in Paradise

We've rented in other areas in PM before, but wanted to try Los Palmas and this unit was fantastic. We wanted to book it again for Xmas but it was already rented. Can't say enough great things about this rental, the location, the amenities, concierge Eli, the owner was very responsive prior to our arrival, and the use of the golf cart was fantastic. daily house keeping was top notch as well.

Incredible house in Punta Mita

I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Las Palmas! From booking to departure, the concierge team was so helpful in arranging transportation, chefs, and reservations. Housekeeping every day is the loveliest touch. This is my second time in Punta Mita and I'm so impressed with the service and attention to detail the entire community has. I was a little worried the house would feel small for 8 adults, but it felt so much larger than photographed. We loved spending time at the beach clubs during the day & going for an evening swim in the pool when we got back. Everyone who joined this trip is already looking forward to doing it again soon!

Beach Paradise

We had a wonderful stay with our family at this beautiful property. The location, rooms and staff were fantastic. We also enjoyed the outside and pool, as well as all of the beach clubs the property allows access. The one downside was the entirety of our stay there was construction with a pipe immediately outside of the property, including loud machinery. It lasted from 8-6 daily with the workers passing by within feet of the pool and porch area the entire day. It also interfered with our views. I understand this was just unfortunate timing for us.

Why they chose this property

Punta Mita is a spectacular resort community, unlike anywhere else in Mexico. We purchased the villa in 2015 as our second home and the next door villa three years later as extra space for friends and family to stay when visiting.

What makes this property unique

This villa features expansive indoor-outdoor living areas and is very light and welcoming. It's a quick walk or golf cart ride over to the Pacifico Beach Club, or along the fairway to the famed 3B golf hole, and close to everything in Punta Mita! The gourmet kitchen as well as the large, covered terrace (with gas grill), provides for indoor-outdoor living. The kitchen means coffee is close, as well as convenient breakfasts, snacks, or cocktails. Also, there's a lovely plunge pool on the patio, heated in cooler months. This villa is very peaceful and quiet, and overlooks the Jack Nicklaus Pacifico course in Punta Mita, with views to the ocean and the famous 3B "Tail of the Whale" Island hole. Being inside the gates of Punta Mita, means you also enjoy dining privileges at both the Four Seasons and St. Regis resorts at Punta Mita.
