Privacy is primary from this property elevated above the golf course with a spectacular panoramic vista overlooking the two Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses and the Bay of Banderas. A truly hidden gem in the Punta Mita Resort, this is the ground floor condo in a building with only 3 condos, only one per floor. Total indoor/outdoor living area of over 4,000 square feet. The building is built on an elevated site above the golf course for great views of the water both on the Bay and the large lake of the golf course and privacy from golfers. The golf courses are well below the terrace for privacy and views.

Recent upgrades include - new smart TV with Fire Stick, new linens and towels, sofa and chairs have been recovered, exterior furniture has been refinished as well as the pool.

This unit has the largest total living space as the terrace is continuous and extends around 3 sides of this unit adding over 1,400 sq. ft. of outdoor living area as well as the largest private infinity pool of the building. Sunrises and sunsets can be viewed from the outdoor living and dining areas while enjoying the convenience of a full wet bar and BBQ area. There is outdoor dining for 8 people and an outdoor living area. The pool has 4 Sun beds for relaxation to enjoy the outstanding views and two sun beds on the private terrace off the master bedroom. The kitchen is equipped for the most discerning cook or chef with utensils and appliances including an easy to use coffee maker and a blender for those refreshing poolside drinks. The tap water is triple-filtered for safe drinking, There are even floating pool chairs in the pool for your tropical pool experience.
The condo is located in the quiet, secluded, and secure area of El Encanto, within the gates of the Punta Mita Resort near the St. Regis and Four Seasons Resorts. There is 24 hour security both at the entrance to El Encanto as well as on the grounds along with the resort security. The 4 Beach Clubs (Pacifico, Ocean, Kupuri and El Surf) provide a safe beach environment for the entire family with secure beaches, fantastic restaurants and spa services available daily at the Kupuri Beach Club. Water sport rentals are also available. We have a Premier Membership which gives guests complimentary access to all 4 of these beach clubs The rental includes daily housekeeping Monday to Saturday (no sundays or stat holidays). It is our pleasure to make your special time in El Encanto and the Punta Mita resort exceptional.
The tennis club (excellent courts), Pickle Ball availability and work out facility as well as the two Jack Nicklaus golf courses (also only accessible to Premier Members and guests) all give guests even more optional sports activities within the gates. Whale watching, fishing, surfing and sailing are available within 10 minutes from the condo along with many choices of restaurants. With 342 days of sunshine per year and the exceptional comforts provided in this condo, this is an extremely dependable holiday destination for family and friends. This property is furnished and equipped as a family home, not just a basic rental. Along with the Pacifico Beach Club (and its pools, beach, restaurant and spa services), you will have complimentary access to four wonderful beach clubs: the Kupuri Beach club for serene walks (great boogie boarding, sailboat and water sport rentals, and Kids Club and recreation area and exceptional Spa services), the Ocean Beach Club (smaller and quieter with a floating island off the pier that is adjacent to this club) and El Surf Club for with surfing instructions and rentals or boogie boarding, and the Pacifico Beach Club with kayak rentals and surf instruction, a childrens’ warm pool and playground. You will also have access to the truly magnificent St. Regis Resort Hotel and spa subject to availability with a daily consumption fee.

Family vacation in the sun

We had a wonderful stay in Punta Mita. The condo was perfectly appointed for our family and even had sand toys for the kids. The private clubs in the resort were wonderful and the kids played all day in the pool and ocean. Highly recommend!

Quiet relaxing getaway

The plunge pool was the highlight of this property. The kids were in it almost everyday. And there was plenty of space for a family of 7 (grandparents, adults and kids). The area is beautiful and we loved being able to check out a new beach club every day!

Wonderful family location

This is a beautiful condo inside the gates in Punta Mita. Perfect for families. Plenty of room for everyone to have some privacy but lots of opportunities to be together as well. The private pool was so nice to have. We enjoyed it as much as the beach club pools. Kitchen is well equipped and plenty of towels. Will definitely come again.

Best concierge service we’ve ever had in Punta Mita

ConciergeMax Meza was fabulous even after I had a million annoying questions—best concierge we’ve ever had in Punta Mita. The unit was good overall, linens were nicer than in previous rentals but the condo itself could use some upgrades, the master jacuzzi was not aging gracefully and some of the furniture was worn. Great housekeeping though.

Family stay at Encanto

We had a wonderful stay at Encanto! It was awesome having the golf cart to visit all the various beach clubs and then be able to relax back at pool in afternoon. Stephanie was amazingly accommodating helping us with car seats, back and play, booster seats which made packing for our 3 kids a breeze. She also arranged airport transfers, dinner reservations and 2 nights at home with a chef. We had an amazing time and look forward to returning!

Great pool and surrounding landscape

Max our concierge was very accommodating and helpful. The unit was clean and spacious. Neither one of the TV's worked in the unit. It could use some nicer linens and an update. The house keeper was very friendly and did a good job. OverallI gave it a 3 because it was a little outdated. El Encanto the community is very nice.

I'm ready to go back!!

This property was amazing!! It is JUST as described if not better. It was perfect for our family of 6, it felt so spacious! The pool out back is a definite plus and the golf cart was a lifesaver!! Valerie and Stephanie were the best hosts ever! Their response to every email we sent was answered quickly and they didn't seem bothered by all our questions :) The location of the condo is perfect and the access to the beach clubs was great. I have nothing but good things to say about this property, location and the owners!! It was a perfect week and we hope to come back to Punta Mita and would definitely stay here again!! Great location

We loved Max taking care of us. He was quicker to respond than owner and was super attentive to our questions and needs over the trip. The house was very clean, the private pool was great and the location was the best. A few issues have kept us from making this a 5 star review. There was a sizeable charge for having one extra guest, our 1 year old granddaughter who ended up not being able to come with her parents due to hospitalization and we have yet to receive our money back for that. The pool was over 100 degrees. Max came to fix it but couldn’t find a fix so we ended up turning the heater off. The WiFi doesn’t go through the whole house. There was construction next door that was loud that was never noted in the listing. Overall great house but the lack of communication and issues would make us look elsewhere the next time we visit.

Gem of a condo!

This was the second time we have rented this condo for our family vacation. This is a true gem of a condo that I would really like to keep hidden as we think it is the perfect place to stay. We love the location of this unit and it's peaceful surroundings. The condo looks just like the pictures on line. It is kept in excellent condition, very clean, and has nice finishes and comfy furnishings. The unit is well stocked with most everything you will need including some beach toys and floats. The outdoor living area is spectacular and the larger size pool was a true bonus that we enjoyed everyday. A golf cart is provided for your use during the stay which is a great way to get not only to the residents beach club but also to the town just outside the gates. The premier golf membership is another bonus as we were able to enjoy both the tennis and golf facilities. The owner and her daughter, who is the property manager, are a joy to work with. We did have one small issue with the golf cart not working properly and Stephanie was right on top of the situation and handled our problem efficiently and effectively. She is also a great resource for recommendations for water activities, rentals, restaurants, or whatever else you may need. They help make the stay absolutely perfect. This is a true slice of paradise and can't wait to return next year for our third time!

Was in Punta Mita for a wedding at the St Regis and decided against staying at the resort and opting for something larger yet close by. The property was clean and spacious. Had a great view of the golf course. AC was strong and functional despite a note prior to our arrival that it may have issues. Communication with the property managers were prompt. Would absolutely stay here again

The seclusion, security and dependability of the weather have made this a true tropical paradise for our family and friends. We have had two magnificent weddings here which were very special and beautiful for all that attended. You have complimentary access to the four great Beach Clubs with a kids club at Kupuri. The two golf courses can be booked with discounted green fees. There are top rated tennis tennis courts with pickle ball also available and work out facility, with applicable fees. These amenities have provided all ages of family including young grandchildren and friends with a memorable holiday experience and time shared together.

Why they chose this property

The dependability of the weather has been outstanding. The immense diversity of activities and amenities provided in a safe, secure environment for all ages from small children to teenagers to young adults was an extremely important factor in our choice to purchase a property here. The water is triple-filtered so very safe to drink, there is 24/7 medical care available, the playground and warm swimming pool at the Pacifico beach club have all contributed to the enjoyment of this area. The entertainment area and kids Club and kids recreation area at the Kupuri Beach Club proved wonderful entertainment for children of all ages.There are kayaks and boogie boards at the Pacifico Beach Club, El Surf Club and Kupuri Beach Club. All ages of friends and family have experienced the magnificence of this beautiful and unique area of the world. The Kupuri Beach Club also has superb spa services available for a fantastic relaxing experience. For a beautiful, smaller club experience there is the Ocean Club with a pier and a floating island. El Surf Club offers great boogie boarding and surfing. This is 5 star luxury at its best! All beach clubs have outstanding restaurants. The condo itself offers the larger, private,heated pool and larger outdoor living space with a BBQ so this provided great outdoor social time for all ages as well as privacy. There is also a large yard next to the condo to toss a frisbee, play catch or bocci ball. The condo faces east with beautiful sunrises and excellent afternoons in shaded comfort after “beach days.” With the orientation of the condo, sunsets are also to be enjoyed. Pool toys, beach toys and boogie boards await you at the condo.

What makes this property unique

The elevation of this property has given this ground floor condo not only privacy but a spectacular perch above the golf course with additional views of the Sierre Madre Mountains, Bay of Banderas and the lake on the golf course. This condo has been equipped with extremely comfortable beds in all the bedrooms; the pull-out beds are exceptionally comfortable too. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and/or entertaining family and friends w/wo chef services. The outdoor terraces and dining area wrap around 3 sides of the condo with the outdoor living area adding 1,458 sq. ft. of living area to the 2,631 sq. ft. of living area inside. In addition, there is a BBQ and wet bar area outside which many condos in the area do not have due to building restrictions. The heated private pool is also a truly terrific addition. Indoor and outdoor living is at it's best with superbly comfortable sun beds (6), terrace furniture on over 1450 sq. ft. of terrace and over 2600 sq.ft. of indoor space with great furniture along with the beautiful views from the terraces and as well as the views from each room in this condo all make this condo a pleasure to live in. Our guests are treated as family with a concierge available full time for assistance with any reservations, babysitting, catering or suggestions for activities.
