The Space:

Step into your newly remodeled one-bedroom haven, where modern comfort and intimate charm come together to create a delightful retreat. The living room is designed to be the heart of your retreat. A spacious area is thoughtfully furnished, featuring a comfortable couch that serves as the centerpiece, creating an inviting space to unwind and relax. It's the perfect place to settle in for movie nights, reading, or simply enjoying the company of your fellow travelers. A flat-screen TV is ready to provide entertainment or keep you connected.



The full kitchen is a delightful feature, equipped with stainless steel appliances, it offers the convenience of home cooking while you're away. The four-person dining table is the ideal setting for sharing meals. Whether you're savoring a homemade breakfast or sampling local delights, this space provides the perfect backdrop.



The bedroom is a haven of rest and relaxation. A king-sized bed awaits, offering ample space for a restful night's sleep. After a day of adventure or exploration, you'll find comfort and tranquility here.

The bathroom is as elegant as it is practical. It features a double vanity, and a beautiful tiled shower, perfect for starting your day with a refreshing shower or winding down with a soothing evening bath.

Guest Access:

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

For a more flexible and relaxed wine-tasting experience, the 290 Wine Shuttle provides a convenient way to hop between wineries, departing from downtown Fredericksburg and making stops at select wineries every 10 minutes on Fridays and Saturdays.

Main Street serves as the heart of the action in Fredericksburg. With over 150 shops, boutiques, and art galleries, visitors can peruse a wide array of unique offerings. 4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures, or discontinued or interrupted services that occur during your stay.

5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.

6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.

7. Start-up sundries provided for the first two days; report missing items within one hour of arrival.

8. Pet-friendly units welcome pets with an additional fee; ensure pets are well-behaved and respectful.

9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place, but some insects are inevitable.

10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Check the amenities to see if this rental is equipped with a fire pit.

11. Please observe Fredericksburg’s Quiet Hours (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.)

12. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use.

13. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.

14. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
