As you enter, the first floor features a cozy bedroom with a queen bed, along with a shared bathroom with shower.

Step down to the updated kitchen with modern appliances, a washer/dryer, and a spacious dining area. Sliding doors open to your private deck with a gas grill and access to the beach.

A few steps up, the sun-filled living room features large windows with sweeping beach and marsh views, ample seating, and a flat-screen TV to watch all your favorite shows.

The next level is the primary suite with a king-size bed and a beautifully remodeled bathroom with a shower, creating a private retreat.

On the third level, has a second primary suite with two twin beds that can easily convert into a king, plus an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Pool Hours: Open daily in July and August. Open weekends only in June. Closed after Labor Day. Please note: the pool may have reduced days/hours during the last two weeks of August due to staffing. "The decision regarding the pool’s closure is determined solely by the condominium association and is outside of our control."

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****

Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
