BAYSIDE PROPERTY, PET FRIENDLY, CLOSE TO TRAMS AND TRAINS, GREAT FOR ROD LAVER, FOOTY AT MCG AND CHAPEL ST.
This 2-bedroom unit is set to the rear of the complex. Secure ground floor residence . A 1.2km walk to Elwood beach.
*STRICTLY NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC*
*Standard short-stay cleaning fee of $75 per stay ($100 applies longer stays) for 2 guests, a linen fee of $25 per person for additional guests.
Standard check-in 2pm and check-out 11am. We can be flexible with times on request. This cute, 2 bedroom unit is set to the rear of the complex. The unit is conveniently located on the ground floor for easy access, with a security door and security screens on all windows for your safety.

PLEASE RESPECT THE NEIGHBOURS- STRICTLY NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC.

The unit is a 1.2km walk along the can to Elwood beach or via the lovely Elsternwick park, perfect for a morning walk and for dogs and children. The unit is a short walk (700m) to Ripponlea train station and even less (450m) to the tram (route 67, stop 39 on Brighton Rd). A quick 2-3 minute walk over the road, is the Tennyson St Village, which contains a small supermarket, bakery, cafès and shops.

The property offers:

2 large bedrooms, master bedroom with a super king bed that can be split into 2 king singles for guests. (Please advise host of your preference at time of booking).

Second bedroom offers a queen size bed with a wardrobe.

PLEASE NOTE- NO PARKING AVAILABLE ON SITE. Unauthorised vehicles will be towed at the owner’s/guest’s expense. Free, untimed street parking is available on Tennyson St and surrounding streets. However, it is a popular and busy area. In the evening after 6pm, especially on Friday and Saturday nights it can be hard to get a park and you may need to park in side streets or further down the street so please keep this in mind.

OUTDOOR AREA- The communal outdoor and gardens are not available for guests’ use. This area is reserved for permanent residents. We thank you for respecting and understanding this.
If you do wish to have some green space and time outdoors, St Kilda Botanical Gardens is located on Tennyson St, and Elsternwick Park is a short walk away.

Bathroom contains a shower over full-size bath, toilet, vanity and laundry facilities (washer and dryer) for guests’ use.

In the kitchen, there is a Nespresso compatible coffee machine and frother, along with toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, microwave, gas stove, electric oven and a dishwasher.

Basic bedlinen and towels are provided, please ensure that you notify host of the correct number of guests to ensure the right amount of bedlinen and towels are supplied.

EXTRA: There is a Koala sofa bed in the loungeroom, queen size (sleeps 2 people comfortably) which is perfect for short stays.

PETS- We do allow pets on request, at an extra cost and cleaning fee.

Pets do stay here on occasion, so please be mindful of animal hair, especially if you have allergies, this may not be the right place for you to stay. A thorough clean is completed after each stay, but we cannot promise all pet hair will be completely removed.

IMPORTANT: The owner of this unit lived here for 5 years, and has a lot of respect for the friendly, lovely neighbours and communicates with them regularly. If their peace is disturbed, if you are loud, rude or disruptive, they will notify her immediately. You will be given one warning and if it continues you will be asked to leave immediately.

PLEASE READ REGARDING NOISE: It is also important to note that it is a block of units with many living in close proximity, and Elwood is a busy area, especially on weekends. There can be some noise from the neighbourhood and other residents which is beyond our control. If this is a problem for you, or if you’re sensitive to noise, we recommend bringing earplugs or choosing somewhere else to suit your needs. The owner, who lived here for 5 years only had this problem occasionally but it’s important to advise.

Lovely little apartment in a great location
This is a great little place for 2 to 4 people. Lovely location. Short wlk to the local supermarket, cafe, bar etc. Close to transport, being just a block away from trams and buses. The owner was wonderful; providing useful info on exactly how ro find the apt in the complex. They were in touch on the day of arrival to make sure we checked in without issue. Highly recommend. :)
