Regal Palms villa rentals

This house was nicely equipped and the pool space was awesome surrounded by greenery instead of having other houses backing on top of you. Its centrally located just minutes from stores, and 45 mins to universal. Property managers very quick to respond and answer questions. Would def go back to this house again.

The house fit our needs, was very clean, and pool was great. On our first day the water dispenser on the refrigerator would not shut off so we had to shut off the water supply to the fridge which meant no ice or cold water. We reported to management company and they called us back to say someone would be out to look at it, but it was not fixed during our stay and no further communication from company. Was just slightly inconvenient because it is very hot in July and we had to buy ice. Also reported to owner that burner on stove top is not working and lights in laundry room are temperamental. This didn’t impact our stay but just some inconveniences. Would not stop us from renting again! We care much more about cleanliness and this house was well cared for!

This was my first time taking my family to Regal Palms and we loved it. My boys enjoyed the home and the resort pools. Minor things in the home that was needed in the kitchen like more pots and measuring cups but we made it work. The pool table and room space was wonderful. We will be back and I have told my family about it.we had great hosts that were so accommodating and kind.

Perfect holiday villa with everything you could need and exactly as described/photos. Villa was spotless on arrival and all information needed was supplied by host who was really helpful. Kitchen had everything you need, beds were comfortable, plenty of linens and towels, lovely pool with view and good loungers. Brilliant holiday and will definitely book this villa again.

The Villa is exactly as pictured and described. Has everything you would need to stay comfortable. Very nice layout kitchen living room dining area in the middle and and bedrooms on both sides. Enjoyed patio,grilling and pool!!! Easy check in and nice quiet neighborhood. Great ant easy communication with owners. Loved every minute of our stay!!! Thanks Leonel and Francine!!! Highly recommend and would stay again
