Our condominium is one to relax and enjoy your stay. We have recently upgraded the furniture, flooring, and lighting. There is an EXCELLENT view of the coastline from our 18th Story Balcony. The resort is very family oriented including 24/7 security in a gated community.Wi-fi is now available for your traveling convenience.
We are a three person family looking to rent our condominium. We like to keep it up to date and clean for all users. We hope we will become close with our renters and see them from year to year. Enjoy!

We had such a great time at this condo and at Myrtle beach.......there is so much to do there, shopping, swimming, eating, amusements, it was great! The condo is fantastic! It was very clean and well kept, with an awesome view! We love the different pools and the private beach, as well as the beachside tiki bar! Strongly recommend this place.....thank you!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We drove to Myrtle Beach from Toronto with two young children! After a very long and chaotic drive (17 hours of driving), it was so lovely to walk into a clean and spacious condo! The view from the balcony was spectacular and the condo had everything we could have asked for. It was clean, it was took seconds to get to the beach, and who could forget the water park and lazy river for the kids? My kids loved it so much, they asked if we could move to Myrtle Beach! Wendy, thanks for a wonderful, relaxing vacation at your condo! Hope to see you next year again!

We just got back from our first family vacation in 6 years and we had an amazing time. We were on a budget so the full kitchen was wonderful to accommodate meals for the family. There are grocery stores close by as well as an array of restraurants to choose from. The grounds are clean and the staff at the resort was always helpful and the best part is there are lots of families, we enjoyed the nightly entertainment at the outside grill and bar area and the kids are welcome to stay as long as the parents are with them. My children loved the lazy river, and searching for shark's teeth along the seashore, and the best part of the evening is we can sit on the balcony and watch all the different fireworks from the beach. The unit is clean and cool, with all the basic necessities we need for the beach, bathing, watching television and cooking. We are hoping to make this trip a family tradition every July. I highly recommend this trip to anyone who is looking to just get away with the family and relax.

If you want a wonderful place to spend your vacation you have found it. We spend 10 weeks there in the winter and love it. It is immaculate when you arrive and everything you need is there. It is nicely furnished and the view is wonderful. The owners are very accommodating. It is our home away from home. You will not be disappointed.

I LOVE this place!! The resort is amazing, it has pools, a lazy river, tennis courts, activities for the kids, even a little pub-style place to eat, drink or listen to music. The condo was beautifully decorated. You could tell that the owner must spend a lot of time there because it was obvious that someone cared about how comfortable things were. The condo was so clean and comfortable. It was so nice to have my coffee on the balcony every morning and watch the ocean. I think the thing that most impressed me was that this didn't feel like a rental; I felt like I was home while I was there. I have told many people about this rental and I cannot wait to go back myself. Thank you Wendy for sharing your lovely condo with us.

I would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to have a relaxing, stress free vacation. The unit is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The view is breathtaking from the balcony! I have rented several different condos from MBR and this one is by far the nicest of all. NOt only is the unit itself perfect, Myrtle Beach REsort in my opinion is the number one place to stay when visiting Myrtle Beach. The grounds are meticulously kept and the 24 hour security ensures a safe and quiet environment especially for those with small children (and well as teens).
