Also: book now for 2010 and we will hold your reservation for $500 until Jan 2010~! We will also waive the $295 cleaning fee on all weekly rentals for Jan10-Dec10 bookings.
This 6 bedroom 3,450 square foot beach vacation home has beautiful views of the Emerald Coast. You are about 50 yards to the gulf. (100 steps or about a 1 minute walk)
Enjoy the beautiful view of The Gulf from the 2 spacious decks as well as from the large 14' X 32' pool.
We are approximately 4 miles from Seaside, located in Seagrove Beach. It is within 350' of Deer Lake State Park. This park offers pristine Florida as it was thousands of years ago. No homes or crowds are on the deer lake part of our beautiful beach.
This home is located on a dead end street with a lot of privacy and little traffic unlike the traffic found on 30A. If you have children with you, this is an ideal Florida vacation rental.
The top floor offers two master bedrooms with king beds and their own master bathrooms. There is also a living area between the two masters in this Seagrove Beach vacation rental. The queen sleeper in this bonus living area can be used to hold the overflow of your large group. The top floor deck will offer you an unbelievable view of the Florida Panhandle from one master and a view of the private lake from the other master.
The second floor houses the main living, dining, and kitchen. Two bedrooms are also on this floor along with 2 baths. There are 2 balconies on this level. One balcony is off the living room and looks out over the gulf. The other balcony is off the king bedroom and has views of the lake.
The ground floor is set up to offer privacy for the adult children or grandparents. The first floor accesses the pool with French doors off the living area, and one of the two bedrooms. There is one bath on this floor as well. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a brand new king bed.
6 Bedroom, 5 bath, 4 Kings, 1 Queens, 4 Twins, and 5 Queen sleeper sofas. Three living areas with 1 full kitchen. 2nd Kitchen with a half refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, and blender, Sprint DSL High Speed Internet Access, 9 TV's, 3 DVD's, 9 VCR's, 2 Stereo's, washer and dryer, icemaker, Gas Grill. . .

Hi! We are Rick, Jill, and Brooks Rice. We live in Berkeley Lake, GA (a suburb of Atlanta), when we can't be in Seagrove. Rick and Jill grew up in Knoxville, TN and graduated from the University of Tennessee. Seagrove is a relaxing, pleasant, fun, and peaceful place to visit. March 2007- It was great staying in your lovely beach house. 3 couples & 12 kids were all here and had a blast. Hope to come back again.
