Very quiet safe area..THIS IS THE PLACE TO COME WITH SO MUCH TO DO; BUT ONCE YOU ARRIVE YOU WILL WANT TO DO NOTHING AT ALL. Carpet replaced in Jan. 2011. New linens and mattress in master. WONDERFUL EATERIES...FORMAL AND CASUAL ALIKE. Only one mile from Seaside's grassy Amphitheater offering a "Calendar of Events" including concerts, movies and theater performances. Seaside is noted for having the most charming pastel colored cottages with white picket fences and "open market shopping" with outside eateries. Beautiful Rosemary Beach is only 3 miles away. Drive 15 minutes east to Panama City Beach or 15 minutes west to Destin. Destin offers the largest "Outlet Mall" in the US. Or visit some of the most wonderful boutiques such as "So Ho" and open market shopping. Across the street from Beachcrest you have a "One of Kind" Boutique, a pizza restaurant that offers the best prices on 30A....WONDERFUL PIZZA AND SALADS AND SANDWICHES OR PASTA DINNERS. Also across the street is a video rental, a natural food restaurant, a designers showcase of some of our local artists. One of the best seafood markets is just a block away and they will prepare your food for you. There are 6 State Parks ... all very close. There is a "bike shop" across the street and there are endless bike paths all along 30A. Parasailing, jet skiing, lots of outside eateries...Publix grocery store less than half mile away. Lots of art with exhibits most every weekend....the art includes all types of jewelry, painting, furniture, accessories for the home, photography...TRULY SOME OF THE MOST UNIQUE ART MINDS ARE HERE. Antique shops everywhere with some wonderful "finds". The exclusive "Cafe 30A" a ****restaurant. There is also a wonderful family Italian Restaurant and less than a mile away is a WONDERFUL SUCHI/FISH HOUSE restaurant that you won't want to miss.
Triple sliding glass doors open to the gulf from your family room and the master bedroom...The sounds of the waves are "Music to your ears". Truly the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets you will ever experience... and you don't have to leave your balcony to enjoy them. You can enjoy "dolphin watching" from your balcony also. The turquoise water and white sandy beach make sunbathing and seashelling so much fun. You can fish from the beach or visit the many local lake "fishing holes". You won't find nicer golf courses than what you have here. VERY CLEAN CONDO WITH NEW CARPET IN JAN, 2011. A picnic area just next to the heated pool offers outside gas grilling.

Beachcrest has a parking lot right in front of the building. There is a bike rack on the parking lot and plenty of carts for easy "moving in" to the condo. Two elevators and an open entrance provide plenty of room for your arrival.

Full security on site and full service office from 9:00am to 5:00pm for help with anything you may need. Coded door from breezeway to pool area provides security also. Why the Owner Chose Beachcrest
We decided to buy a condo at Seagrove Beach because of all it has to offer. We wanted something right on the Gulf Waters without all the people and yet everything at the tip of our fingers. Seagrove is located right in between Panama City Beach and Destin (both very busy places).....and we can just walk to Seaside (which offers so much to do and see). BUT SEAGROVE IS QUIET and you can truly have such peace and serenity there. Our balcony is one of our favorite spots and the beach is at our fingertips. We love watching the dolphins and looking for sea shells.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
SEAGROVE BEACH IS THE BEST FOR OFFERING LOTS OF THINGS TO DO................BUT FEELING THE DESIRE TO DO NOTHING AT ALL. I would have to say just being right on the water with the sliders open to the ocean air is really something everyone should have the pleasure of experiencing in their lifetimes. Having your morning coffee on the balcony is absoutely delightful !!! It is so easy to find and cannot be beat for "quality" in every sense of the word...........ONCE YOU VISIT BEACHCREST AT SEAGROVE BEACH.......YOU WILL RETURN !! I PROMISE YOU THAT !!

My husband and I live in Illinois. We have 2 grandbabies and 3 children.
We have done a lot of travelling in our 35 years of marriage and found Seagrove Beach to be our "favorite spot" when deciding to buy a "home away from home" . The white sandy beaches and the aqua waters always amaze us. Beachcrest is the kind of place you want to take your family to and feel safe everywhere you go. There is so much to do in the area and yet we find such serenity and peace there.....with not having to even leave our balcony. Seagrove Beach is a very quiet spot and only 1 mile from the lovely cottage community of Seaside (providing lots of things to do). With Destin and Panama City (either one is less than 20 minutes away) being so close........it also offers lots of activity if you want to "explore" those areas while you are here. SEASIDE is only a mile away and we bike there (and Watercolor and Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach and Watersound Beach) all the time and Grayton Beach is also very close. I could just go on and on about the area.......but you must come and visit to really see the beauty of it all. AND ONCE YOU VISIT....YOU WILL RETURN (I PROMISE YOU THAT). THIS CONDO IS LOCATED ON THE SECOND FLOOR BUT WE ALSO HAVE ANOTHER ONE ON THE FIFTH FLOOR.

We stayed in BeachCrest on the 5 floor.. The owner was Pat and she was a dream to deal with and always available for questions. Their unit was very comfortable and the kitchen was great and fully stocked with spices, pots and pans, and utensils. Great quality as well. We even entertained another family we met at BeachCrest. So I cooked for us (3) and another family of seven. Kitchen easily accommodated that style of prep work. The view is amazing and the balcony is very large!! The master bedroom mattress is amazing.. Pat is a wonderful and honest owner to deal with. I would higly recommend any of their units in beachcrest The property of BeachCrest is beautifully maintained. The pool was very well taken care and clean. The grill area is great and very efficient. We used it three times during our stay. Very close to the pool so my husband could also watch our son while I was upstairs prepping everything else. Our vacation was amazing and stress free. :). We will definitely rent from pat again.

Very well maintained condo with great view. Had a great time here despite our rainy first couple of days. The artsy laid back atmosphere of the area was a welcome surprise. Pat was a delight to deal with.......will be back :)

This Beachcrest condo was just beautiful and everything was exactly as it was listed. My husband and I along with our son, daughter and son-in-law stayed there for a beach wedding. We all had a wonderful time and there was plenty of room for all of us. The condo was immaculate, the kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. It was so relaxing to just sit and watch the waves come in. Beachcrest is located on Hwy 30A which is where Water Color, Seaside, Water Sound and many excellent restaurants are located. If you turned right or left leaving the parking lot you could find everything very easily. Pat could not have been nicer keeping us informed about our stay. The condo was so accessible to the parking lot and the elevator and trash bin were very convenient to our door. It was a wonderful experience and when I return to Sea Grove I will definitely want to stay there. Marie

We had a wonderful vacation at your condo... It was just what we imagined from the pictures on your website... Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The owner was really fast to respond to our rental inquiry and very sweet when I called her with a little issue on our day of departure, which was solved in seconds... Thanks. The area is quiet and at the same time so convenient to restaurants, shopping, etc... We highly recommend it!!!

My husband and I have never been to Florida at the end of Oct. We found everything at the condo represened accurately! Beautiful views, accommodations and very clean and quiet. Just what we were looking for. Close to shopping and good restaurants. We did not want to leave. And will definitely re-book again in the near future. We have finally found a true gem on the Gulf of Mexico!!! And Pat makes check-in and check-out the easiest we have ever experienced. Well, we are sadly on our way back home and already thinking about our return trip. :o) We had a great week (no rain!!) and all beautiful days. The condo was definately one of the best we ever stayed in at Beachcrest and would highly recommend it to anyone. Even the kitchen and bathrooms have been updated with new cabinets and and an elevated vanity in the master bathroom. I really liked the extra cabinets in the bathroom, and the conversion of what use to be the wet bar into a desk area was a much better idea. Although we could not see the sun set from the balcony (was on the second floor and the building next door blocked it), we made it an evening ritual to take our wine down to the beach to watch it from there. The owners were very easy to work with and made our first experience with VRBO a good one. We even ran into the folks renting their other condo when we were on the beach and they too had great things to say about Pat. We have traveled to this area a lot and of all the places we have seen or stayed this was a very good experience.

A big kudos to the owners for making our 'last-minute' vacation a success. They were quick to respond to our requests and made the rental experience not only easy, but an overall pleasure. The property was in great shape when we arrived and the kitchen/living area were roomier than we expected. It's location was perfect for us...away from the busy streets of Destin, but plenty of accessible shops and fantastic restaurants within 10 minutes of either side of us. (Stinky's Fish Camp was our favorite) And the main reason we come year after year...Seagrove has beautiful beaches without the crowds.

I had a wonderful experience staying in this condo. It is located in my favorite area of 30 A providing close access to my favorite spots. The area is beautiful, relaxing, and has a charming uncommercialized character that sets it apart from other beach communities I have visited on the Gulf. The condo is tastefully decorated and fully equipted with necessities and luxuries alike (such as a very comfortable bed,pillow, linens, large flat screen televisions, cushioned lounge chairs on patio etc). In addition, the owner was very coutesous and easy to work with. I found the whole process much more user friendly than renting from local realty company. I look forward to many happy returns! Beach time is legitimate therapy :-) !!

We had a great vacation in Seagrove! The area is quiet and offers everything you need without the crowds. BeachCrest was the perfect place to stay, the condo was convenient to everything, very comfortable and well maintained. You couldn’t ask for a better view or easier access to the beautiful beach and pool. I already miss starting off the day with a cup of coffee out on the balcony. Having a nice kitchen and big TV at our disposal when the rain chased us indoors was great too. Pat is a pleasure to work with and is more than happy to share her knowledge of the area. She sincerely wants to be sure you enjoy your stay and love Seagrove as much as she does. This will certainly be our first choice for our next stay!
