  This property was in excellent condition and well maintained! I would definitley stay here again in a heartbeat! The view was absolutely gorgeous with a walk on the beach a couple feet away!!! Everything about the location and property was a definite positive experience!

  Our family of 4 stayed in Pat's 2nd floor unit. Our 2 boys are young, so the 2nd floor location was great! The view of the Gulf from the balcony was amazing! We viewed dolphins on more than one occasion and saw several large ships on the horizon. The weather at the beginning of November was still warm enough to enjoy the beach. We even enjoyed searching for shells while wading along the sand bars on two of the warmer afternoons. After our daily trip to the beach, we spent time in the heated pool. One evening, we strolled along the beach with flashlights. One afternoon, we spent several hours at Fired Up in Seaside creating pottery art with our boys. Fired Up is a great way to create art that we will have forever to remind us of the wonderful time we had as a family. With young children, we appreciated being able to cook and do laundry at the condo. My husband took advantage of the grilling area every evening. Our children were so happy to be at the beach, which meant my husband and I also were able to also have a great time! Our time at Beachcrest was a renewing and fun experience! Thanks for sharing your clean, well-stocked condo with us, Pat! We highly recommend this property.

  My husband and I stayed in the 5th floor condo. It was amazing! It was very clean and updated with comfortable furnishings, The view from the balcony, den and master bedroom was absolutely stunning! We enjoyed coffee and mimosas on the balcony in the morning and wine in the evening. If you don't want to get sandy, you can just sit on the balcony and enjoy the sounds of the waves and the sunrise/sunset. Seaside (A MUST see) is about a mile down the street, an easy bike ride (Rented from Butterfly bike rental across the street. They deliver!) Across the street is Bruno's pizza buffet. That is really good pizza, too! There is so much so close, you will not be bored! Pat was very easy to rent from. She made check in and out very convenient! We WILL be back to rent from Pat!

  This is the perfect location in Seagrove Beach. We really enjoyed our stay on the 5th floor. The condo was just as described. Very neat and clean with comfortable beds......just like home.

  This Beachcrest condo was just beautiful and just as it is listed. We had a wonderful time and there was more than enough room in the unit. The condo was super clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms were very comfortable and decor was lovely.Relaxed on the balcony and watching the waves in the evening. The condo is located within walking or biking distance of restaurants and shops. It was a wonderful experience and when I return to Florida, I will definitely want to stay there. The owners were very attentive and accommodating. This was a great week.

  Our condo was just beautiful and everything was exactly as it was listed, for sure, one of the best we ever stayed in at BeachCrest and would highly recommend it to anyone. The view is breathtaking and the balcony is very large. The condo was immaculate, the kitchen was well equipped and the master bedroom mattress is amazing. It is so relaxing to just sit and watch the waves come in. Pat could not have been nicer she is a wonderful and honest owner to deal with. We will definitely be back.

  This condo is right on the beach, so we spent quite a bit of time on the balcony relaxing in the nice cushy lounge chairs! It's very close to Seaside, shops and restaurants. It's my favorite location to stay when going to this area. Pat was great to work with! You'll enjoy your time there!

  We stayed in BeachCrest on the 5 floor.. The owner was Pat and she was a dream to deal with and always available for questions. Their unit was very comfortable and the kitchen was great and fully stocked with spices, pots and pans, and utensils. Great quality as well. We even entertained another family we met at BeachCrest. So I cooked for us (3) and another family of seven. Kitchen easily accommodated that style of prep work. The view is amazing and the balcony is very large!! The master bedroom mattress is amazing.. Pat is a wonderful and honest owner to deal with. I would higly recommend any of their units in beachcrest The property of BeachCrest is beautifully maintained. The pool was very well taken care and clean. The grill area is great and very efficient. We used it three times during our stay. Very close to the pool so my husband could also watch our son while I was upstairs prepping everything else. Our vacation was amazing and stress free. :). We will definitely rent from pat again.

  Very well maintained condo with great view. Had a great time here despite our rainy first couple of days. The artsy laid back atmosphere of the area was a welcome surprise. Pat was a delight to deal with.......will be back :)

  This Beachcrest condo was just beautiful and everything was exactly as it was listed. My husband and I along with our son, daughter and son-in-law stayed there for a beach wedding. We all had a wonderful time and there was plenty of room for all of us. The condo was immaculate, the kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. It was so relaxing to just sit and watch the waves come in. Beachcrest is located on Hwy 30A which is where Water Color, Seaside, Water Sound and many excellent restaurants are located. If you turned right or left leaving the parking lot you could find everything very easily. Pat could not have been nicer keeping us informed about our stay. The condo was so accessible to the parking lot and the elevator and trash bin were very convenient to our door. It was a wonderful experience and when I return to Sea Grove I will definitely want to stay there. Marie
