Spooky Channel Villa is a modern home in a secluded location at Sandy Bay located within the Sandy Bay Marine Reserve. Swimming, snorkeling and world class diving is waiting for your enjoyment along the crystal clear coral reef right off our private dock.

Spooky Channel Villa is just minutes away from tropical beach bars, shopping, dive centers, grocery stores, and restaurants serving wonderful Caribbean cuisine.

We are easily accessible by direct air flights from Houston, Atlanta, Miami, Toronto and Milan. Transportation is arranged for you from the airport to your Villa for a nominal fee.

Vacation Rental Features
Amenities	Air Conditioning: Bedrooms are air conditioned. All rooms and lanai have large ceiling fans. Washer: Available with rentals for 2 or more weeks. Dryer: Available with rentals for 2 or more weeks. Linens Provided: Daily maid service available upon request for nominal additional fee. Off Street Parking: Rental vehicles available near the airport.
Beds	King Bed: Custom made mahogany furniture throughout. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and a tiled shower.
Entertainment	Cable/Satellite TV: Cable TV and Satellite Internet DVD Video Library: Limited CD Player Music Library: Assortment of Caribbean and mood music. Private Hot Tub: Jetted whirlpool on lanai overlooking the ocean (not heated). Very relaxing on a warm day.
Kitchen	Full Kitchen: Coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc. and complimentary bottled drinking water provided. Cooking Utensils Provided: Complete set of cooking dishware. Refrigerator Dishwasher Microwave
Outdoor Features	Charcoal BBQ Grill: Charcoal BBQ out on the Lanai overlooking the ocean. Lanai: Spectacular view of the sunset over the ocean, jetted whirlpool also located on the lanai along with 3 ceiling fans.
View/Location	Oceanfront: Secluded beach with private dock in front of house which is available for our guests to use. Great snorkeling and/or diving directly from the dock along the coral reef.
Communications	WiFi (Wireless Internet): Satellite internet offered for an additional $20/week.
Other Amenities	On-site masseuse available for $45/hour and $30/half hour. Guest or property manager makes the arrangements.

$300 security deposit returned upon satisfactory check out.
There is a 12% Honduras tax and 4% bank fee when charging for a total
tax of 16%. Credit card information received via telephone, checks
