This fully updated unit is a townhouse-style condo at Ocean Club North, in the popular non-driving beach area of south New Smyrna Beach. We have a great ocean view from both floors. The bedrooms are upstairs, with the living area and kitchen downstairs. Sleeps 6 comfortably, with king-size bed in the master bedroom, two double beds in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Completely remodeled from 2006-2009, with new appliances and furniture. Our private terrace faces the ocean, we have a large heated pool and also a children's pool, two shuffleboard courts, a fenced tennis court, and much more.

For your comfort and enjoyment we have a FLAT SCREEN television with DVD and VCR in the living room, a stereo with CD player, televisions in both bedrooms, telephone, Cable TV, and a fully-equipped kitchen with all major appliances. Weber Gas Grills are available to guests in two areas on the property.

Our condominium is built and maintained to capture the very best beachfront vacation or winter residence you can imagine! We are just 75 miles from Walt Disney World and other Orlando area attractions and also close by to Cape Canaveral and Daytona Beach. There are five golf courses nearby.
