The Once Moore condo, formerly known as the 7th Green Condo, is just eight miles south of Brevard, North Carolina. On Route #276 (Greenville Highway) with easy access on paved roads. A one-level cabin/condo (bungalow style) in a two-unit building with only four entrance steps. Privacy rules as no one is above or below. Fully furnished in country decor, for relaxed comfort, with locally made pottery and wildlife art. You will know you are in the mountains! On chilly nights the propane fireplace will warm you while lounging in the plush recliners. There is a his,hers and guests TV for all to be happy and content with their favorite program.
Once Moore is nestled in Sherwood Forest's 1030 acres where one can hike the more then 20 miles of trails - experience wildlife all around - enjoy the lush vegetation - and fish or canoe on five lakes. For more active exercise: two tennis courts and an outdoor pool are a short walk from the Once Moore. Even Robin Hood would be pleased with this Sherwood Forest.
A few miles down the road is Dupont Forest known for its numerous waterfalls, quiet trails, and the best mountain biking in Western North Carolina. Caesar's Head State Park - 15 minutes' drive south, is also perfect for a family outing. Standing on the top of Caesar's Head rock, one can see three states on a clear day. And one of the best kept secrets is the YMCA Camp Greenville Chapel, also known as Pretty Place because of its spectacular view. Year Purchased: 2004
Being an animal lover I presently have 5 dogs all of whom are rescues. My longest profession was a Flight Attendant with PAN AMERICAN WORLD AIRWAYS for 30 years. Having traveled the world over it is nice to have my feet planted the last 17 years
I did hold a private pilot's license for years and my husband and I enjoyed flying ourselves to golf destinations on the East Coast or to dinner. Other professions were in Reservations with 2 major airlines, a travel agent, and a ballroom dance instructress in Puerto Rico with ARTHUR MURRAY's school of dancing. Presently I'm working in a golf pro shop and enjoying my home in South Carolina and condo in North Carolina.

Cedar Mountain is located just 10 miles south of a charming college town and a few miles from 3 popular park and forest areas. The condo is easily accessed from a main road and yet quite private, nestled in the woods. The elevation is 3000ft with pleasant and mild temperatures in all seasons. Wildlife is abundant and flora abundant.
The Unique Benefits of this Cabin-Style Condominium
The quietness of the area is very relaxing and the cool beauty of the woods and many waterfalls is refreshing. Yet hiking, biking, and horseback riding are readily available. In the summer the famous Brevard Music Festival is a wonderful treat. One can picnic on the grounds and listen to the music filling the air.( Or if you choose sit in the open air covered hall in case of rain.)
For the golf enthusiast the 18 hole executive course is just out the door. It offers llamas for caddies, quite a unique experience. I enjoy visiting the many pottery shops nearby. FLAT ROCK offers the North Carolina State theater with wonderful productions through out the year and is only 18 miles
