The Once Moore condo, formerly known as the 7th Green Condo, is just eight miles south of Brevard, North Carolina. On Route #276 (Greenville Highway) with easy access on paved roads. A one-level cabin/condo (bungalow style) in a two-unit building with only four entrance steps. Privacy rules as no one is above or below. You'll enjoy sitting on the screened back porch and watching the golfers play the 17th fairway of our executive golf course or watching the deer lazily grazing.

A few miles down the road is Dupont Forest known for its numerous waterfalls, quiet trails, and the best mountain biking in Western North Carolina. Caesar's Head State Park - 15 minutes' drive south, is also perfect for a family outing. Standing on the top of Caesar's Head rock, one can see three states on a clear day. And one of the best kept secrets is the YMCA Camp Greenville Chapel, also known as Pretty Place because of its spectacular view. Of course, cultural options are Carl Sandburg's home, Flat Rock Playhouse, the Biltmore Estate, and the famous Brevard Music Festival
