  I'm always willing to go out of my way for a great view - and this place has it from sunrise to sunset. In fact at sunset, the sun drops behind the gulf in plain view from the balcony at M&M. It's easy to relax here in comfort - and the amenities.are more than sufficient. Can't beat this location. Ocean kayaks are rented about 200 yards down the beach - so it's easy to get out in the water and watch the dolphins. It's a short drive to Seaside, Rosemary Beach - plenty of restaurant choices nearby. Golf courses 20 minutes away. I'll come back to this place.

  The condo was perfect for our family of two adults and four teenagers. It was comfortable and roomy enough that we didn't feel we were on top of each other. The listing description and pictures were spot on. The owner was helpful with questions beforehand and with detailed directions to the condo and instructions for getting in. The property was clean and "beachy comfortable". The kitchen was fully equipped with all the gadgets we needed...blender, coffee pot, toaster, pots and pans, serving dishes, etc. There was an iron and ironing board which we did not use but nice to have if needed, and I was happy to see a hair dryer, as I forgot mine. The beds and linens were very comfy and the showers had great water pressure...I like that :). Appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit as well. Most of all, we LOVED our view from our corner balcony!! Enjoyed our coffee in the morning and watching the sunset in the evening on it. As far as nearby activities, a highlight for us and especially the kids was taking a dolphin tour in Panama City (Panama City Beach Dolphin Tours and More) Excellent family-run business! Lee, our captain, was awesome, the kids got to jump off the boat and swim with a couple of dolphins and collect great shells, sand dollars and snorkel. It was a very fun afternoon...and beautiful!! We mostly ate in, but did have dinner at Goatfeathers in Santa Rosa Beach, and breakfast at Another Broken Egg Cafe in Grayton Beach. Both had excellent food and great service. All in all, our stay was wonderful and we would definitely recommend this condo listing to friends and family. We'll be back! Thank you!

  We arrived hearing news that Seagrove was the projected landfall for Isaac. What to do? Stay or leave? Reba was so kind staying in contact with us and working with us to save our vacation. By Monday the storm was headed toward Louisiana (gulp!) but friends and neighbors assured us they would take care of things back home. Reba even had contingency plans in case we had to leave Sugar Dunes, but thankfully it wasn't necessary. The condo is, of course, still wonderful and we love having the wraparound balcony to catch all the breezes. Even though the storm affected our beach time and especially the lovely white sand, we managed to have a wonderful week. I just really want to again thank Reba for being such a wonderful realtor who cares about the people who use their services. Can't wait for next year. I wouldn't use anyone else for our vacations.

  We have stayed in this unit several times and it is our favorite. We are three retired couples who like to walk on the beach, play cards and dominos in the unit, eat breakfast in and dinner out. M & M is near our favorite restaurant, 30 A, and near several other great places for dinner. With the exception of "no crushed ice", we have found M & M fits our needs perfectly. Ms. Reba is a good host and a pleasure to do business with. We have recommended the property to our son and his family and they have rented it as well. The unit has always been clean and well equiped. Cable TV and wifi work well. We intend to revisit M & M next year.

  This is an outstanding place to stay in Seagrove. I was with family and friends for our weeklong stay and when we walked in, the unit was super clean and beautiful. It is a corner unit, which allows for great views of the beach. This is our second year to stay at Sugar Dunes, but our first year at M & M On the Beach. We will be booking this unit for many years!

  We had a wonderful time at M&M on the Beach. The condo was nice and having the corner balcony was wonderful, enjoyed the breeze. The condo was clean and the photos were accurate. Being right on the beach was wonderful. We enjoyed eating at the Seagrove Village Market, Pizza by the Sea, The Donut Hole, and Local Catch to name a few restaurants in the 30A area. Great time had by all, hope we get to return soon!

  M & M is an excellent rental property. It is right in the beach and is a corner unit, so the balcony wraps around for an excellent view. The furnishings are lovely. Sort of what you would find in Simple Living Magazine. Clean, no clutter. Gives the place a nice, airy feeling. Master Bdrm has a closet large enough for a single air mattress (our youngest called it "her room"). I would not hesitate to rent again . This has been my favorite rental (we've been renting for at least 15 years).

  Again, Sugar Dunes doesn't disappoint. This time the water had lots of "personality" and sound! Great time was had by all.

  As with our other stays, this condo is incredible in every way for a fun and relaxing visit to SeaGrove. Reba is also great to work with. We stayed for two weeks this time and enjoyed every minute. Condo has everything we needed or wanted and sunsets are breathtaking from the spacious balcony. Our Girlfriend's Getaway was made even more memorable by staying at M&M and we hope to go back to same place next year. Condo has been updated since our last visit in this unit and it is very well done even though I was happy with the way it was decorated previously. The unit was also very clean and this is appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommended this condo to any of my friends and family. The listing photos and description are very good, but nothing can accurately describe how much my friends and I loved our two weeks at M&M on the Beach. Thanks again, Reba!

  My wife and I enjoyed our stay at M&M on the beach. It is right on the beach -- which is not always easy to find in Destin. You walk out the balcony door, down a series of steps and step onto the beach -- from couch to beach chair in less than two minutes! The pictures are accurate, except I would say the condo was nicer than I expected from the pictures. The corner unit allows great views. The A/C worked well. The unit was very clean, and Reba was fantastic to work with. Seaside is a few minutes away. There are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby; you can find plenty of places to eat and shop on 30-A. The outlet mall in Destin is about 18 miles away -- we only went to Destin once. There is a nice grocery store a few miles from the unit. We enjoyed eating on the balcony. The kitchen is very well stocked. There were lots of towels. The sunsets are incredible. Others had written of this, and I have to agree. Let me say again that Reba went out of her way to work with us. The reservation process was quick, and things worked exactly like she said they would. I look forward to a return trip to M&M on the beach.
