We came in April for Spring Break 2011. Loved this condo enjoyed the rooms lots of room to feel like you are not trapped in. Only negative was the security guards were sticklers. A bit overbearing and we could not have day guest visit due to being shunned from parking. Great condo though, really enjoyed our time here other than the securtiy. Be sure to come check this condo out and sit in the hot tub by the pool. Sincerely, Mrs. Rodgers

We rented this condo for spring break '11 - husband and I and our 2 boys (8 and 9) Very clean and roomy. The bunk room was so nice for the kids... master bed was awesome! Even had a crib in the master (spacious) closet for my little niece who came to visit. This unit slants a little toward the east. Great view but not head on gulf view. Still very enjoyable on the patio - which is quite spacious as well. Only negative is the pool is way to small to really enjoy as a family. However it is heated and that was a plus. It was used only by the children on site. The splash pool would have been enjoyable if it had been warmer - this one was not heated and it was super cold in early March. Bottom line... if you're looking for a nice condo that offers you great beach access this one is awesome. Be sure to hit Sea and Suds... The food is very affordable and it's really good too.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, families with young children.
