  Our stay at the condo in the Blue Heron Inn was everything we could have hoped for. Very clean, good supply of the essentials, plentiful supply of towels, and in a very convenient location. The owners were a delight to deal with. Had a little problem with Wifi at first but that was soon sorted out.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  This is the cleanest rental property we have ever experienced. Whoever keeps it clean does an incredibly good job. The location is wonderful. The beach is just across the street - less than 50 yards. Bert's Market is right behind the unit - less than 30 yards. The pier is about 150 yards away as is the shopping area. Coded pushbutton lock means no hassles with keys. Just an excellent deal all around. The owners are a dream to work with. If a 1 bedroom unit works for you then this is the one. Highly recommended.

  This beach house is so beautifully decorated and homey! The location could not have been better. Everything we needed was within walking distance and the house was fully stocked with all the necessities. We will be back again next year. Folly Beach is so laid back, dont know why anyone would go anywhere else. Thank you for a relaxing stay you this home away from home. It felt just like that!

  WOW! That's all I can say about this beautiful condo! The location is perfect (steps to the beach and restaurants)! When entering the condo for the first time my finance and I were greeted with a wonderful smell that was present through the entire condo. The furnishing were great and the kitchen and bathroom included everything one could ever need! We want to thank y'all for such a great long weekend. My fiance and I plan on making this "our spot." Even though we had windy and rainy weather, the condo made the trip worthwhile. Thanks again for letting us use your gorgeous condo! We highly reconmmend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Folly!

  This condo is very well maintained and clean -- in fact, it is cleaner than my own home! The bedding, towels, and rugs are very nice, the furniture is not the garage-sale stuff that we've ran across in some rentals, and the kitchen dinnerware and cookware, etc., is nicer than many other rentals. The bed was very comfortable and we got a good night's sleep every night. The owner's notebook with suggested sights to see, menus, etc., is a very helpful touch! This condo has an ocean view and is right across the street from beach access. There is a 24-hour convenience store and lunch counter (sandwiches, hot dogs, etc.) 1/2 block away, and a pier and numerous shops and restaurants within blocks. We had no problems with noisy neighbors and felt very lucky to have found this place. We hope to stay here again on our next trip to Folly Beach!

  We love staying at this condo. We have stayed in it for the last two years on the same week. This year it was booked so unfortunately we have to branch out from our "beach house" and try somewhere else. Everything is clean and fully stocked. We have never had a problem here.

  After several trips to Folly, we finally found the perfect rental! Ideal for a couple. This condo is just as described, maybe even better! Very clean, comfortable and convenient! Easy walk to beach and downtown Folly. The owners were a delight to rent from. We would definitely love to rent this condo again (and again and....you get the picture)!

  We had never been to Folly Beach, SC before and fell in love with it. This condo was perfect for us--just the right size and the location was perfect. The beach was a very short walk and all the stores and restaurants were within walking distance. The people of Folly Beach and Charleston really show their southern charm and are very polite and helpful. The beach is a perfect family beach. The condo was very clean and well stocked. We made several trips to eat and sightsee in Charleston since it's just a short drive away. Perfect vacation-- we loved it!!
