You will be equipped for a self-sufficient vacation since the house has a full kitchen with all utensils, and comes complete with all bed and bath linens. The setting is the quiet countryside, so you are assured privacy and an undisturbed stay. Enjoy peaceful evenings on the back patio without worrying about neighbors. As our guest you will also enjoy complete use of our 2000 feet of frontage on the South Holston River. The house is located across the road from our river frontage, but there is parking for you to drive within walking distance. Bring the family or a group of friends and test your skill against rainbow and brown trout while enjoying a clean, undeveloped river. If boating is more your style, there is a public boat ramp into Boone Lake about five minutes from our house. We are centrally located in the Tri-Cities region of upper East Tennessee. Rent by the Weekend or Week.
Weekend Rate (Friday-Saturday) .......... $200/weekend.
Weekly Rate (any 7 consecutive nights) .. $550/week.
We will also rent during the week (2 night minimum, email for information).
NOTE: Special rates apply for bristol NASCAR race weekends (email for information)
A cleaning fee of $75 may be applied for large groups. Please inquire when renting
