  We stayed here for ten days. It is a 15 minute walk to downtown Lahaina. There is a Safeway about a five minute walk away. The kitchen is well equipped, in fact, I don’t there has been a dish or utensil made that was not in that kitchen. There was also an array of beach chairs, mask, fins and snorkels and other beach items. We spent a lot of time just sitting on the balcony watching the whales and eating our meals. The condo was very clean and comfortable. If you do decide to come during whale season, bring binoculars. We enjoyed our time there.

  We loved staying at this cond! The photos were exactly how the cond and property looked and both were extremely well maintained. We watched the sunset every night from either our deck or the pool, spectacular views! A quite beautiful setting with the sound of ocean waves. The owner gave us lots of good recomendations for activities and dinning in the area. We walked into Lahina every day only 20 minutes away. Would stay here again for sure and recommend to friends and family.

  My wife and I spent Christmas here during our first ever trip to Maui. We were pleased that the condo looked exactly like the photos and was well equipped. It was perfectly located, within easy walk or short drive to the action of Front St. and yet far enough away that you could get away from the hustle and bustle of the other tourists. In fact if you plan to attend the old Lahaina Luau you can walk there in just a couple of minutes. We especially enjoyed our mornings on the lanai. We would sip our Kona coffee while watching the turtles play and the whales spouting, a truly perfect way to start every day in paradise. We really want to thank Kerry for opening her home to us and can not wait to go back.

  THIS IS MY SECOND CONSECUTIVE YEAR AT THIS LOCATION, AND DID NOT BELIEVE IT COULD GET BETTER, BUT IT DID. THE PLACE HAD NEW CARPET AND BATHROOM FIXTURES, WHICH MADE THE PLACE THAT MUCH MORE ENJOYABLE. BY FAR, ONE OF THE BEST CONDO'S ON THE ISLAND. IF THIS REVIEW HAD A 6 STAR RATING, THIS CONDO WOULD DESERVE IT.

  This was truly a comfortable condo - everything it said it was. Plenty of little extras like books, games and beach chairs. The grounds manager on site did a wonderful job keeping everything looking spotless and well kept. The lanai and sunsets and turtles were the best. The pool was a plus. We will definitely be back when we visit Maui again. Thanks Kerry!

  We stayed the second week of July 2012. The view is amazing with breath taking sunsets (don't miss em they go quick). The kitchen has every thing you need to create meals to enjoy on the lania while watching the turltes (I saw seven together at once over breakfast!). Down town Lahaina is really close and some things can be walked to. Furniture, kitchen, and newly remodeled restrooom and shower we really nice. My favorite part of the grounds was the pool, landscaping and the high end gas grills (I love to grill) Very nice and really clean. For the price, location, views, and comfort you simply can't beat it. We look forward to a return soon.

  Good'ay We have recently returned from a fabulous holiday at Lahaina Roads. Kerry & Bill, your condo is absolutely brilliant. We were so comfortable & are already talking about another trip there next year. The photos & descriptions of the condo & all amenities were true to word & we would not hesitate to recommend this property to family & friends. We spent hours on the lanai watching sunsets, turtles, boats coming & going & were even treated to a full moon reflecting on the water on our first night. Spectacular. Every one in the building was very friendly & helpful. The pool & grounds were all kept very neat, tidy & clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our trips to the crater & also to the Seven Sacred Pools at Hana but for me the highlight of the week was swimming with turtles at Black Rock. The condo was a real home away from home & included all the appliances one could possibly need to make self catering quick & easy. Thank you both so much for the use of your condo, it's really special. According to your guest book we were the first Aussies to write in it but I am sure we won't be the last. Thanks again for the 5 star experience.

  Wow! This condo is absolutely fabulous. We arrived the day after we got married and was absolutely perfect for our 10 night stay. We used a shuttle drop off service and everybody on the shuttle was oohing and ahhing of how our condo was right on the ocean and very near Lahaina. The properly is beautiful and the condo is amazing with wonderful ocean views. While in the condo, we spent the majority of our time in the living room/kitchen areas as there is a murphy bed that comes out of the wall. We fell asleep watching the ocean and hearing the waves crashing. The back bedroom room was used for our luggage and hanging our clothes. There is also a washer/dryer that is useful for washing clothes after snorkeling. We spent many mornings on the lanai just relaxing while eating breakfast. The turtles were very fun to watch! The pool is beautiful as well and has a very nice gas grill. Grilling with the ocean crashing right next to you is an experience we cannot describe. Our shoulders were down at least a foot. It was really nice to have a full kitchen so we could do a mix of making our own food as well as eating out. Location is perfect. We did not have a car and walked everywhere. Lahaina downtown is about a mile away. We found a sweet snorkeling spot called “Baby Beach” that was nice and calm. The grocery store and other essentials are literally a few blocks away. One of the best moments for us was attending the Lahaina Luau and everybody was amazed with the views. People asked us where we were staying and we just pointed at our condo complex a few blocks away on the ocean ? Kerry was wonderful and helped us with all of our questions from beginning to end. She definitely knows the ins and outs of Maui and places to see. The best show she recommended was Warren & Annabelle’s magic show. I am so glad we went as it was one of the most enjoyable nights in Maui for us! Mixed Plate for food was really good too and has a nice happy hour. Our cleaning deposit was also returned very quickly. We cannot wait to come back and stay again at Kerry’s condo. It is a little slice of heaven that she shares with all of us. Mahalo! Joe and Leeza

  This was our first trip to Maui and we had an amazing vacation! The condo was in a great location; literally on the ocean, walking distance to the beach and downtown Lahaina, close to shops, restaurants and the grocery store. The weather was amazing and the sunsets were even better! Kerry provided us with great suggestions for restaurants and things to do. The Lahaina Luau is a must! The condo was very clean and included everything we needed!

  THE ONLY THING I CAN SAY BAD ABOUT THIS CONDO IS THAT I CAN'T LIVE THERE YEAR-A-ROUND! THE CONDO, SIMPLY STATED, IS ONE GREAT PLACE. YOU CAN GO UP AND DOWN ANY LIST OF "WANTS," AND THIS PLACE WILL NOT DISAPPOINT YOU: LOCATION, CLEANLINESS, LAYOUT, FURNITURE AND FURNISHINGS. THE CONDO HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO MAKE YOUR STAY ON MAUI A MEMORABLE ONE. THIS RENTER WILL CERTAINLY GO BACK FOR MORE!!!!!!!

Cancellation policy:

RENTAL RULES AND REGULATIONS 
Lahaina Roads 1403 Front Street Lahaina, Maui Unit #405 
1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 3 P.M. (Hawaii time) AND CHECK-OUT IS 11 A.M. 2. This is a NON SMOKING unit. 
3. Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions. 
4. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age, unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. 
5. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A damage/reservation deposit of $200 is required. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions 
are met. 
a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. 
b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. 
c. All keys are left on the kitchen table and unit is left locked. 
d. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. 
e. No linens are lost or damaged. 
f. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, the security company employed by Lahaina Roads Complex. 
6. PAYMENT - An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required at time of booking. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. Please make payments in the form of bank money orders, cashiers checks or personal checks payable to Kerry Lindenberg. A credit card may be used through PayPal. The BALANCE OF RENT is due 30 days before your arrival date. 
7. CANCELLATIONS - A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. 
Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. 
 4. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests per condominium is limited to four (4) persons. An additional charge or $10.00 per person (over 2 persons) will be assessed.
 
5. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate, however is available at an additional rate. (There is a washer/dryer in unit.) 
6. RATE CHANGES - Rates subject to change without notice. 
7. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in. 
8. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. 
9. DOOR KEYS - are located inside the unit. Please leave the keys inside the unit upon departure. 
10. HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY - No refunds will be given unless: 
a. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuation in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or 
b. A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical 
Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest. 
The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund: 
a. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered, 
b. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and 
c. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.
