Lake Front 2 bedroom/2 bathroom home on beautiful Lake Hartwell.
Home was completely remodeled in 2006 and we continue to update. Home has beautiful view of lake from both bedrooms and over sized deck with gas grill, picnic table fire pit and swing. Home also has a very level lighted walking path to the lake for those who enjoy late night fishing. Home has 3 TV's with cable located in den and bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with smooth top stove, frig, dishwasher and microwave. Washer and dryer also provided.
Home is perfect for weekly vacation or long weekends and is perfect for home football games to Clemson. Home is only 15 minutes by land or water to the Clemson Football stadium. Home of the tigers. The home is located near buoy 49 Coneross Campground and buoy 14 which is Friendship landing.
You can also enjoy the private covered dock located in a beautiful cove. The water at the dock is around 14 feet. Bring your own boat or rent one from one of the local marina's or sit around and just enjoy the view.
Updates for 2010 include are a brand new grill and a futon with a 10 inch spring mattress and also a flat screen TV for the den. We just installed a brand new heating and air unit to make sure the you stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Updates for 2011 include flat screen in master bedroom also added internet and free long distance.
We do want to advise you that this home is a home for families NOT drinking parties! We want you to have a wonderful time with precious memories but we do not want more people on the property that has not been approved for large lake parties. This is a family community and we want to respect our neighbors and would like those that stay in our home to enjoy it as we do as a family lake getaway or vacation.

Year Purchased: 2004
Tim and Terri purchased the lake home in 2004 and then started a complete remodel. We have enjoyed many weekends at the home and still continue to do so. We have 3 children and a brand new grandbaby her name is Molly. So we are proud new grandparents.
Why the Owner Chose Clemson
We chose to purchase this property for the location close to Clemson,Seneca and Anderson. Also for the private cove with beautiful deep water.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We enjoy the water level in our cove and the level lot and path to the dock that the home is located on for a easy walk to the lake.
