This is a spectacular 2500 sqft, brand new (March 07),4 bedroom condo.
The fantastic layout has enough space for a family to be as comfortable as home but would work out extremely well for two or more famlies.It is geared to those with children. Each room has it own TV/DVD or VCR combo with Flat screen TV in the den. There is a separate kids den with its own TV/DVD/VCR with sofa,bean bag chair,games and video library.
It is conveniently located on the second floor which is also the same floor as the pool and workout facilities.The pool is heated and has a small kiddie pool as well. There are floor to ceiling windows across the entire condo offering amazing panoramic views of the Gulf.
There are two large balconies facing the gulf. One which is off the den and the second off the Master bedroom. Both with rockers and lounge chairs to enjoy the view and the sounds of the surf.
We have also put together a beach cart with four chairs, umbrella and ice chest to make the easy walk to the beach effortless.
On the front side of the building there is the view of the bay which is accessible to fish or do some crabbing at the inlet. All in all this property would offer anyone a wonderful place to vacation in comfort with lots of amenities.
Bring your boat and anchor right behind condo and enjoy Little Lagoon. You can fish,crab,water ski, or take your boat to the Bon Secour national park and walk around.

We love the back bay(little lagoon) the kids love to go there to swim and play.
This is the location of the back sandbar. The kids love it. Plenty of hermit crabs and minnows. Parent bring chairs and umbrellas. There ar bathrooms and showers.
Little lagoon is a fun place. anchor your boat right behind the condo for skiing,crabbing, fishing and cruising.
there is a resident fox that roams the area. you are almost guaranteed to see him

My Family Stayed In The Condo In September 2009.There Was 16 Of Us.We Loved Everything About Our Stay .The Condo Was Beautiful,Clean and Spacious And We Liked The Fact That Security Was Present At All Times.We Would Definately Stay Again And Recommend It To Friends.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We rented this unit and it was simply the best. My children loved it so much room plus the had security on site. I will rent this again and again great people to rent from Thank you for the best family vacation so far.

Pictures don't do justice!!! I am a firm believer in staying ON THE BEACH when I go to the ocean. As a result, I figured the condo would leave me wishing I were on the water, but that wasn't the case at all!!! The condo was immaculate, spacious and the view of the ocean was amazing!! I could hear and see the ocean waves, watch the children in the pool and relax all from the front balcony. The children's den allowed the children to have "child play" with plenty of books, toys and dvd's. I plan on returning to this location again and again! The area attractions were wonderful too....Watching hermit crabs 1/4 mile down the beach and eating at fantastic resturants. I feel confident your family will enjoy this condo in Gulf Shores, AL!

This spacious & well-appointed condo was great for our family reunion which included an age range from 4 months to 84 years. We loved the proximity to the pool-- a real plus considering the cool temp. in Mar. The short walk to the beach was not really a problem. Plenty of parking, easy to get to & very convenient. We also really loved the porch/terrace & the big kitchen. Thanks so much!

Beautiful condo with huge kitchen and gorgeous views of the ocean. Great layout, plenty of room for everyone and we had 8 teenagers. Loved the 2 full baths and 1 half bath. Would stay here again!

What an amazing place! The layout is absolutely fantastic for families. We had three families staying in this unit- all with small children- and everyone was comfortable. There is an ocean view and the beach is right across the street. It is tastefully decorated with new furnishings. Really nothing negative to report. Great place at a great price.

We stayed at this unit in early June and could not have had a better time. What a great layout. We have 5 children and the second den was a great thing. The kids could watch their movie in their den while the adults have a very large flat screen TV in the master den. Great open kitchen layout that was very well furnished. I can't begin to tell you how large this unit is and at such a great price. price. It's a quick walk to the beach. The beaches are beautiful and we also took the kids to the Pass that goes from the Gulf to the lagoon. This is a several minute walk or 1 minute drive west of of the condo. It's a great place for small kids as the water is shallow and the kids had a ball catching minnows and hermit crabs. If you like to fish, we caught speckled trout, croakers, pinfish and ladyfish. The other thing we like about it is that it is only a 3 hour drive from New Orleans. We highly recommend this unit. I've included my e-mail address if you have any questions.
