This townhome is located just a few miles from Park City, Deer Valley, and The Canyons ski resorts.
This is a four bedroom townhome with two living areas. The bedrooms are set up as follows: bedroom #1 King , bedroom #2 Queen, bedroom # 3 twin bunks, bedroom # 4( lower level ) pull out full sleeper. The bedroom on the lower level could also be used for a playroom. There is also a loft or sitting/computer room that has a pull out twin bed. This is a luxury townhome with every feature to make your vacation a great relaxing getaway.
The townhome is located within a short distance of a shopping center, grocery store and multiple restaurants and a Starbucks. Every bedroom has a flatscreen television and a DVD player. There is a 50 inch T.V. in the main living area. The master has a 42 inch LCD as well as a steam shower and a jacuzzi tub. The upstairs study has a love seat that pulls into a comfortable sleeper sofa. There is a computer and a printer in the study and the townhome has Wi-Fi. The fourth bedroom/basement has a 42 inch flatscreen TV with a Playstation 3. One of the upper bedrooms also has a Nintendo.
There is a two car enclosed garage with a boot and glove dryer as well as a ski-rack. It is a short 30 minute drive from Salt Lake City. Whether you want to ski on the mountains, cook in the gourmet kitchen , soak in the hot tub or watch a movie with your kids, this is the place for you.

What a wonderful condo to spend a week in during the middle of summer. We had two families staying together and we could not have been more confortable. We hit a hot week with temperatures hovering close to 100 so the air conditioning was a blessing. We stayed nice a cool while the neighbors were all hanging outside with the doors open and fans blowing. The amenities in the house were just what we needed and appreciated the ability to use the computer with internet access - it kept us up to date with the tournament results. We are hoping that we can rent again come 2010 although there were a lot of stairs. Thanks so much Debbie for allowing us to stay in your beautiful mountain condo!!

Our family just got back from a week's stay at the Bear Hollow. We had a great time! The home has everything you need! With four bathrooms, how can you complain! Whole Foods is right around the corner along with other convenience stores. Everybody in the family enjoyed their stay. We spent countless hours at the Olympic Ski Park. The bike trails are perfect. We fished at Jordanelle and Strawberry. We rented pontoons, it was a lot of fun and the kids caught fish after fish! Next time, we will try out the skiing! Thanks for sharing your lovely vacation home! We definitely recommend this place! p.s.: the steam shower was delightful! Also, The Roadhouse restaurant at the corner of 224 and Kearns was great! Highly recommend it! Shopping on Main Street was fun too!

Stayed for spring ski vacation with 4 boys (3 of them teens). Enough room for us as well as 2 or 3 more if needed. Nicely appointed and well equipped luxury unit close to Canyons and Park City Mountain Resort. The owners were a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely return.

If you are planning a visit to Park City, this is the place to stay. Everything is like new. John and Deb have created a place that you will want to call your Park City home. The pictures do not tell how nice it is.If you foget anything on your grocery list it is not a problem as Smith's (Major grocery store) is 3-4 minutes away. The streets are cleared of snow daily. If you want to turn them on, there are flat screen tvs and DVD players in all the bedrooms. The hot tub is on a 220 circuit that allows you to heat and run the jets all together. I can't wait to go back.

Perfect lay-out for our group of 7 with room to spare. Location was perfect for us. Within 5-10 minutes of ski slopes. Very peaceful. No surprises in terms of property description being different than the actual property. The owners could not have been more enjoyable to deal with. This will be the first place we look to rent in future visits to Park City.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home in Park City. The home exceeded our expectations with regard to amenities, great kitchen/appliances, great space - lots of room, tastefully decorated, perfect location to all the slopes (DeerValley, Park City & The Canyons), helpful and gracious owners. We'll definitely be back.
