This four level home includes a gourmet kitchen with large granite counters & island, two sinks, refrigerators & dishwashers, and a cabinet ice maker. It was designed to accomodate large groups. The first level is an entry foyer and the second level has 4 bedrooms/4 baths including a roll-in handicap shower. The third level includes the wide living room, large dining area, full bathroom and kitchen so everyone can gather in one location. The top level has 3 bedrooms/3 baths including an unbelievable master suite with huge bath that has an oversized jetted tub and shower stall with Gulf view windows, body sprays, bench, and glass block wall. There are porches/decks at all three upper levels for sunning or cooling off in the shade.
The pool is under the deck on the Gulf-side of the home and can be heated in the non-summer seasons. A private dune walkover takes you to the sugar white sand and there is a stretch of empty beach beside. Everything you need is provided. 5 couples stayed here for the 2nd time in February. This is an excellent location, right on the beach, yet within 10-15 minutes of shopping and restaurants. The house is wheelchair accessible; one of our members is in a wheelchair, and the owner put in a ramp to the deck and several other changes she asked for. Because each bedroom has a private bath, it is perfect for people who desire some privacy. The kitchen is well stocked with a variety of pans, dishes, and utensils, even baking pans and a griddle. There are 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers and a separate ice maker, making it easy to cook for a crowd. We're going back next year for 3 in a row.

Fantastic! That is the best way to describe our week at Endless Summer! The owner was extremely helpful before, during, and after our stay. We enjoyed watching the dolphins almost every morning while we drank coffee on the deck. It was great to be right on the beach; we could walk down any time we wanted. We had 5 different families that stayed here during the week (10 adults, 3 teenagers and 1 child). It was great that everyone had their own space (and their own television) when they wanted some quiet time. The living areas (3rd floor) were roomy enough that we could all be there at one time. One person in our party is handicapped, so the elevator and handicap bathroom was very helpful in making their stay enjoyable. The house is beautiful, more-so than the pictures show. The property was very clean. We definitely plan to stay there again.

I had rented this house for a family reunion and it was perfect!!! Very spacious and accomodating for everyone. Elevator was great for my grandparents. I espically loved the master bath and tub. It was also very nice that there was two dishwashers and refridgerators for such the large group. Was overall a great place and the family is already requesting to return again to the same house.

This is an awesome property and far exceeded our expectations. Myself and 12 other ladies spent 6days in this home and had an absolute wonderful time. We are all classmates that have remained close friends after graduating 41 years ago and go on an annual girls trip. We found this property on vrbo.com and highly recommend it to anyone thinking about a Gulf Coast vacation. Management was great to work with and very helpful with any questions we had. The house was very clean and well maintained and the kitchen was a dream. I highly recommend this property and it looks like we'll be back next fall. This is a great place for a large group.
