It is located in a private gated community and is easily accessible with a paved road to the top. This is a great romantic getaway, or an exciting get together for a family with adventure on their mind..whitewater rafting, horseback riding, waterfall sightseeing, or mountain climbing are all minutes away. The views of the mountains and Lake Nantahala from the four-person hot tub puts all the beauty of the world at your doorstep. In the evening, enjoy a cookout by the firepit, or the charcoal grill. Or just enjoy the cozy fireplace. Private park and boat ramp located at the end of our paved drive on Lake Nantahala for our guests who wish to bring their own boat, or rent one from the local boat rental for skiing, fishing, or just riding. This home is truly a home away from home with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a spacious living room complete with a gas fireplace and a 47" T.V. Paved Roads and driveway lead all the way up to the Chalet. Come and relax in the hot tub while taking in the view from the spacious deck. We enjoyed our stay here so much we didn't want to leave. The view alone is worth the stay, the peace and tranqulity is a added bonus! The cabin is spacious, beautiful and clean. The lake is a beautiful clear blue color. Highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere to kickback and unplug with your family.

Our family had a great time at your cabin. We especially enjoyed the beautiful views of the Lake, the quiet seclusion of your home, and of course, the hot tub on the deck! Your home was the perfect place to enjoy short hikes, long conversations and a good nights rest. Our family enjoyed playing games, reading books, hiking over at the Joyce-Kilmer Wilderness Area and hanging out over at the NOC. It was a grand vacation for us and thank you for making our experience so easy-to-setup!

Rose and Jack, I am sending this email a bit late, however I still wanted you both to know how much my family and I enjoyed our vacation at your lake house. It was beautiful-better than we imagined. The weather was perfect also, and we had many wonderful experiences. We all needed the vacation desperately and the stay at Lakeview Haven was the perfect medication for all of us! Four of us stayed in Lakeview Haven for 5 days-which seemed too short for all of us! The home is beautiful-clean, in perfect condition, quaint, and comfortable. The big screen TV is a plus although it was hard to stay inside when there was an awesome hottub with views of the lake out on the porch! My personal favorite characteristic of this home is how secluded it is within the community. Although other homes are within walking distance, you have the ultimate privacy being covered by all the green, large, beautiful trees around. You cannot hear or see anyone else, and vice versa. The area was very safe, charming, and everyone was so friendly. Most of all the owners are incredibly pleasant and make your rental and vacation easy as pie! We will definitely be back!!

My family rented this cabin for July 4th weekend and it was so perfect! My parents are all about the view and my husband and I enjoy hiking and the water. This cabin provided all of that! It was clean with a very well stocked kitchen. The owner was willing to work with us last minute and made a quick, easy rental. We hiked some of the AT in the Nantahala Gorge, swam in the lake, walked around downtown Andrews, grilled out every night, made a fire with smores each night and enjoyed the hot tub with the view. The big screen made it fun for my hubby to enjoy some of the World Cup as well. Take your own sheets if you need to use the pullout couch. There should be TONs of blackberries in a couple of weeks all around the cabin. We would love to go back at some point! Thanks again!
