Welcome to 29 Coast Aveune West - Thousand Islands, New York Vacation Rentals

Waterfront Queen Anne Victorian Summer Home on the St. Lawrence River, Thousand Island Park, Wellesley Island, with 4000+ square feet, formal dinning room for 12+, living room, 6 bedrooms. Front bedrooms include separate sitting porches to enjoy the view of the river.

Wrap around front porch with rocking chairs and glider for views of the magnificent sunsets. Docks for sunning and swimming as well as a boat house with option to rent space. Thousand Island Park is a family friendly location with activities for all ages. We have a CD of a slide show available for a virtual tour of the home.

ADDITIONAL RATE INFORMATION:

Advance Fees: Cleaning and Linens $150 each. Thousand Island Park Fee of $75 per week. You can bring your own linens but must pay Cleaning and Park Fee. Swimming dock is included, dock space is additional $175 per week.

Off Street Parking: There is no parking on the street or in the front of the house.TI Corportation has a lot for Car RV/Boat/Trailer. Short Term parking for 2 addtional guest cars on lot. Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer: TI Corportation has a lot for RV/Boat/Trailer parking. A permit can be obtained at check in. Wood Fireplace: There is a fireplace in the formal dinning room. No fires allowed at any time.
Beds	Queen Bed: The Master Suite has a queen bed (a single bed is also in the room) Double Bed: Honeymoon Suite has one double bed. The River Watch bedroom has a double bed with the option of a rollaway bed. Laura's room has a double bed with the option of a rollaway bed. The Morning bedroom has a double bed. Twin/Single Bed: The Sunset bedroom has two twin beds. The Master Suite has a twin bed. Bunk Bed: The Morning bedroom has a bunk beds.
Entertainment	Cable/Satellite TV: There are two TVs with Cable. TV (No Cable/Satellite) DVD VCR Video Library: A section of video is available. There is also a selection of novels for reading. In addition, you can rent videos and dvd's from the local grocery store.
Kitchen	Full Kitchen: This is one of the large gathering areas in the cottage. Provided are a microwave, toaster, gridle, waffle iron and coffee pot. Cooking Utensils Provided Refrigerator Microwave Catering Available: Catering is available from local service providers.
Outdoor Features	Gas/Electric BBQ Grill Charcoal BBQ Grill Deck/Patio: Large wrap around front porch with a 180 degree view of the river. Perfect for sunset dinning or for just watching the ships navigate down the Seaway. In the morning the sun rises behind the cottage and back lights the island for a perfect place to enjoy your coffee or tea. Balcony: The River Watch bedroom has a balcony for enjoying the river breeze and views of Crystal Bay. Lanai: The Sunset bedroom has a screened in lanai perfect for afternoon reading and watching the world go by. The breezeway is a screened in porch with rockers to enjoy the morning sun.
View/Location	Waterfront, not Lake/Oceanfront. Ask for details: We are on Crystal Bay with a 180 degree view of the water. Directly in front of the house is the boat house with a swimming dock and boat house. Dock space is available for $175 a week.
Communications	Broadband Internet: Hook up is available in the kitchen.
Other Amenities	Full eat in kitchen with dishes and flatware. We have a boat house with docks for swimming. Rental space for boats is available.
Suitability	No Pets Allowed Handicapped Accessible: The main floor has all the amenities including a bedroom. No steps are required once inside from the service room to the front porch. The Master Suite is down stairs. There is an entrance with two stairs. Please call for a slide show of the cottage to see rooms and discuss. There is a large playgound with swings and slides. You can walk to Church on Sunday for inter-denominational services and Roman Catholic Mass, movies three nights a week, elegant dining and cozy bar and music, ice cream shop and grocery store. Nearby there are great golf courses, boat rentals, fishing guides, island boat tours and Minna C. Anthony Nature Center with hiking trails. Minutes to the Canadian border with gaming. If going to Canada, you need passports and letters of permission from parents of minor children to cross the border.

Rates ....................... $3700/week (7 nights) Holidays & Special Events* .. $4000/week *Memorial Day, 4th of July, Boat Show Weekend, and Labor Day Plus Advance Fees: (additional information in description above) At time of reservation a 50% deposit + $500 security deposit is due. 50% deposit is non refundable. Balance due 30 days in advance of arrival. Credit Card Charge will have a 3% surcharge. Mid week dates available if schedule allows.
