Beautiful condo with 1 private bedroom with full bath and a 2nd sleeping area in the open loft bedroom with extra half bathroom. Sleeps up to 5 with small roll-away bed in unit.
This tastefully updated condo is fully furnished with two beautiful queen beds, 37 inch LCD TV with Essentials Cable package, local HD channels, Blu-Ray + DVD player, media library, Roku player with Netflix movies, games, Pandora, and a computer with Hulu to watch any tv shows you missed. Free HI-Speed internet throughout the resort will keep you connected.
For your sleeping comfort there are black-out blinds in the bedroom windows. A choice of different types of pillows and comforters are available in the unit as well.
Compare my rates to what the resort charges (and other owner's charge) and you will see that this is truly a great deal and I bet you will make my condo your favorite place to stay every time you visit Bend.

Do I get use of the same amenities as the other guests paying full retail through the resort management?
The outdoor pool/spas/children's play area etc. are available for all guests. This means you.
-You don't get free passes to the Athletic Club (please inquire about other options)
-You don't get a telephone in your room (must have a cell phone)
-You don't risk getting stuck with a room that's been untouched since the 70's.
-You don't get to pay almost twice as much!
There is no need to check-in at the front desk, though your name will be registered with them during your stay. Valid driver's license and fully refundable deposit required.
This is a NO SMOKING - NO PETS unit and is strictly enforced.
Please Note: There is no full-sized oven yet so if you plan to do a lot of cooking keep this in mind.

Our family of four stayed at this perfect condo for 3 nights. You will not be disappointed! This condo is in a very convenient location to Mt. Bachelor, to the Old Mill shopping area, to the River Walk, to Hwy 97 and various eateries and grocery store! It's a super duper clean condo with all the stuff you need to vacation in a "home" away from home. We will definitely try to return and recommend this to our friends!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children.

Small, corner kitchen without an oven. However, a higher end toaster oven was provided and it worked fantastically. The layout utilized space well. The loft bedroom with half-bath and full bed/bath was perfect. The location is always good - near lots of trails to bike or walk/hike/run. Also, there was a library of movies as well as internet service through TV including Netflix. Very nice touch.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

I wanted to let you know that I was super comfortable staying in your condo! Wow you have a really nice place! I ended up sleeping on the bed in the loft area which was super comfortable. For a small family this place is great. Super attentive, local owners. Very clean. A very convenient, tech-savvy media set up (flat screen tv, cable, netflix, dvd, and pc--most places barely have a tv). As far as location goes you really can't beat MT Bachelor Village. The river trail, which is absolutely gorgeous, is easily accessible, the mill district is within walking distance, downtown is maybe a 4 minute car ride away, and then all the nature stuff is really conveniently close. Would highly recommend the condo!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

Mt. Batchlor Village is our favorite place to stay in Bend. This unit has a very small kitchen but is otherwise fine. Skiing is just 20 minutes away and a beautiful walk by the river on premise. The restaurant at nearby Athletic club is good. We will go back.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+.

We enjoyed the condo it was wonderful :) although the beds were harder than what we are used to we woke up feeling a bit stiff :(. other than the beds we really enjoyed the stayRecommended for: Romantic getaway.
Owner response: Thanks Keri, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. I've actually had a few comments on how comfy the beds are but I suppose it really is a personal preference. I have since purchased natural latex mattress toppers that will add just a bit more softness to the beds and can also be double-upped or removed for those who prefer a more firm bed.

This condo is a really good find. It delivers on the essentials of location, cleanliness, comfort, and amenities. The pictures and descriptions are accurate, so no disappointing surprises here. The cleanliness of the unit is above average; no dirt lurking in those hard-to-reach places. We also appreciated the condo being in a resort. Cancellation policy:
A personal door code will be provided within 24hrs of final payment or within 2 weeks of arrival if booked online. This is a non-smoking property and no pets are allowed. Note: There cannot be more than 5 people staying at this condo and you may be subject to early lease termination if Mt Bachelor Village management finds out more than 5 persons are occupying this residence. There's no need to check-in but your last name will be registered with the front desk during your stay in case you need to get the pool/spa code. Cancellation Policy: Rental payments of cancelled reservations are fully refundable within 24 hours of initial reservation. After 24 hrs of initial booking, rental payments are non-refundable but renter will be given up to a 100% credit towards a future stay if we are able to re-book any part of the cancelled reservation. This includes credit for all revenue brought in during the cancelled dates, up to 100% dollar for dollar credit to use towards a future reservation. Date changes/Re-booking Policy: All date change requests are subject to the cancellation policy stated above. Check-In and Check Out Procedures: Upon final payment, you will be sent instructions for check-in. Check-in time is 3pm and check out time is 11 am unless otherwise agreed upon. Year Purchased: 2007
About the owner: Moved to Bend from Phoenix, AZ in 2007 and have really enjoyed looking forward to all the seasons of the year instead of dreading some as I used to in the desert heat! I met my beautiful wife here and we love the small town feel yet big town convenience of the area. We both work full time jobs locally in Bend and enjoy traveling.
Why the Owner Chose Bend:
Mt Bachelor Village has beautiful open and lush green grass areas and there is access to the River Trails system. The year round outdoor hot tub(s) are great after a long day hiking or skiing and the pool is the place to be in the warmer months as it's heated and has many lounge chairs to just sit back and relax. I also like that it's deep enough to dive into unlike some of the other kiddie pools in the area.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The balcony is a great place to wind-down with a BBQ and drinks, walking the nature trail is a must-do activity while staying here. It's a beautiful walk along the river trail to the restaurants, movie theaters, and shopping at the Old-Mill or walk the other way to the footbridge and get some great pics for your facebook page! You don't even have to cross any roads to get there if you take the right path. Catch a concert at Les Schwab Amphitheater or the Athletic Club (on property) Of course the outdoor heated pool is very popular in the warmer months for swimming and if you happen to miss one of the 300 days of sunshine we enjoy here in Central Oregon there is even a private stand-up tanning unit available to soak up some rays!
