My family and I stayed for and extended weekend and loved the place. There was plenty of room to hang out together or apart. The owners went above and beyond to make it feel like home. There was condiments and coffee fixin's along with plenty of hotel soaps and shampoos to choose from. We didn't want to leave!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, pet owners, families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

The cabin was absolutely perfect for our girls getaway weekend! The cabin was immaculate and beautiful. Beds were comfy and the front porch was so nice and relaxing. There were 6 girls and we had plenty of room. We felt right at home. Arrangements were made for us to have transportation to and from the wineries. Kim, the driver, was amazing! We will definitely be back and will spread the word about this wonderful cabin!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, pet owners, tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

The cabin was as described and provided a wonderful get away for a short weekend in the North GA mountains. We had a wedding to attend at Frogtown Cellars and this made a perfect location to be close to Dahlonega and the winery. Thanks for a very nice time. Ihope our stay next time will be longer.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, pet owners, families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

"We used the cabin as a "girls get-away" for mother's day weekend. We had a great time! The peace of the mountains is exactly what we needed to escape from everyday life. We will recommend the cabin to all of our friends and we will return as well" Thank you!"Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

"We have enjoyed the last 4 days here. It really made our Christmas special this year since we weren't able to go home. The kids really enjoyed all of the Christmas decorations! Thanks so much for your hospitality and for providing such a nice and clean cabin. We had never been to Dahlonega before, but had lots of fun at the goldmine and shopping in the town square. Now we just need to figure out when we can come back!"Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

About the owner: Our property consists of a total of 14 acres which include the Cabin on it's own 6 acres, our home and our Bed and Breakfast Lodge. We love the Dahlonega area with all it has to offer from quaint shops, a historic town square, gold panning, museums, fantastic wineries, hiking to waterfalls or on the Appalachian Trail, and expecially the fabulous views from each of our properties.
Why the Owner Chose Dahlonega:
We chose to live and establish vacation rental/bed and breakfast at our location because of the peace and serenity of the mountains.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin:
We have hosted many families and couples in the cabin. The views of the western mountains are amazing from the front porch at the cabin. Some of the features that our guests have enjoyed at the cabin are the wildlife sightings, the cozy woodburning fireplace, the serenity of the mountains, free wifi, games, satellite tv and movies, the picnic area and the ping pong table!
