Fully upgraded and fully equipped kitchen features a full size refrigerator/Freezer with ice maker, electric oven with flat glass cook top, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, blender, toaster and all utensils. The PRIVATE HEATED POOL and outdoor area features a stainless steel gas grill and outdoor refrigerator. "All Laid Back" is a non smoking beach house and pets are not allowed.
"ALL Laid Back" is located in the heart of 30A only 2 miles from Seaside… and only a couple more miles to Grayton Beach, Water Color, Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach. Take a bike ride and enjoy the 18 mile stretch of 30A or admire the untouched beauty of nearby Deer Lake State Park, Point Washington State Forest, Grayton Beach State Park, or Eden Gardens State Park. The beautiful Gulf of Mexico and the area’s 17 freshwater and saltwater lakes as well as the Choctawhatchee Bay provide unmatched opportunities for water sports in Florida including fishing, boating, jet skiing, swimming, sailing, snorkeling and off-shore charter boats. Canoeing or kayaking on one of the area’s rare coastal dune lakes offers glimpses of the area’s pristine natural beauty.
