Why the Owner Chose Laguna Bella
we bought this property because of its location between the beach and the bay.the beach is just steeps away, and the bay is even cloer with pier and boat slips. its laid back atmosphear, not crouded like the hi-rent areas. the beach is across the street, but its just 2 lane and no traffic, it deadends 3 miles down the road.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I enjoy staying at this condo because of the beach. Its easy access,and the beautiful view.I enjoy the sunsets in the afternoon, watching the dolphins play in the spring and fall, watching the seagulls dive for fish, or just watching the waves crashing on the seashore while sitting under an umbrella reading a good book.COME AND ENJOY

This place was awesome. I cant wait to come back and will actually look forward to it. We had everything we could possible need and it was clean, comfortable and quiet even with it being Spring Break time. The price was a steal I couldnt have asked for a better vacation. Thank you for letting us enjoy your beach house... I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a getaway and looking to feel comfortable with not having all the hassle with the hotels.

This was so much better than the pictures. The house was fantastic we had everything we needed right there! The beds were more comfortable than my own! It was very clean and very reasonablly priced! The area was quiet and friendly even with it being Spring Break....I had teenage boys with me on vacation and we all cannot wait to come back and visit....we all had such a wonderful time. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice getaway,,very homey and comfortable. Thank you for allowing us to stay here cant wait to come back!

I stayed here May 8th thru the 15th and it was fantastic. The condo was perfect for our needs, the views beautiful from any balcony. I loved the harbour and spent the majority of my visit lounging in my chair there. Restaurants were close by and easy to find. The locals, especially at Waves restaurant and store were helpful and ready with easy directions for anywhere we asked. Hope to get away again here real soon.

Our family just returned from our stay in this condo and it was a great choice. We have always stayed on the beach before, but I think we enjoyed this even more because of the easy access to both the beach and the lagoon. The condo itself is very spacious and welcoming and has 2 great balconies with views of both the ocean and lagoon. We travel to the Gulf Shores area once or twice a year and would enjoy staying here again.

My family and I stayed here in October of last year and loved it. Very nice and clean, easy access to beach. We loved the lagoon as much as the beach. Very peaceful and quite. We will definitely go back. We highly recommend this condo.
