Thank you Carrie for sharing your very wonderful home with us. We rented it for a week and had a ball. What a great location! Loved watching the key west express going by every morning while drinking our morning coffee on the lanai. I loved all the personal touches throughout and it really felt like a family home. Beds were very comfortable and the furniture was very nice and had a florida flair. Your kitchen was stocked way beyond our expectations. Lahaina realty was a dream to work with. I have rented many a vacation spot and this was a no brainer. We stayed at this beatiful condo for a four day weekend and it was great! The place was just amazing! I loved the way it was decorated. We felt right at home.The location was perfert. It was away from the main area so you didn't feel like you were in the middle of the tourist area yet it was close enough to dining and shopping that you could walk or bike anywhere you wanted. Our experience was tremendous. The codo was beautifully furnished and soooo clean. Everything was there to make our stay enjoyable. The pool was tremendous. The lani was a great and comfortable place to watch the sunsets. We could not be happier with our stay, and would highly recommend itRecommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The property is on the north end of Estero Island so a perfect location. We had a wonderful view of the beach and front-row seating for sunsets. There is a park on one side of the building so a quiet location and just a trolley ride from the rest of the island. We plan to be back next year!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

I recently stayed at the condo with my mom and sister and we had a great time. The condo was very clean and had a great view of the gulf. The pictures are accurate. The balcony is great for dolphin watching, eating, and people watching. Despite the Times Square area and surrounding beach being crowded with Spring-Breakers, the beach area near the condo was very peaceful. My only complaint is that the rental office (where you have to pick up and drop off your keys) is at the south end of the island, and the condo is at the north end. It can be a bit of a drive depending on traffic. Other than that, it is a wonderful place!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: Hi! My name is Carrie Lucas. My husband, Charlie, and I own a beautiful beachfront condo on the North end of Fort Myers Beach. We have two sons, ages 24 and 20. I have my B.A. in education, and my husband has his Masters in business. We live in Fort Myers, Florida. My husband works for a citrus company and both of my sons attend college. My passion is helping those who live with severe mental illness to regain their self-esteem, dignity, and self-respect through a restorative community called a HOPE Clubhouse. Currently, HOPE Clubhouse is located at 1495 Maple Drive, Fort Myers, Florida 33908. A clubhouse helps support those who suffer from severe mental illness through three major components: transitional job employment, education, and social activities. When Charlie and I have extra time on hand and when are beach condo is available, we head to the beach and enjoy this special place of ours.
Why the Owner Chose Pink Shell Vacation Villas:
Before my husband and I bought this condo, we searched up and down Fort Myers Beach for the condo that we both would love. We decided to invest in the North end of Fort Myers Beach because there is less traffic; it takes less time to get off the island to the main land; it is next to Pink Shell Resort & Spa and next to Bowditch Point Park; it is quiet, but close enough to Fort Myers Beach Town Square that you can walk there in 10 minutes. You have bay and gulf views. The trolley is available next door at Bowditch Point Park, and boat rentals across the street.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
This 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo needed updating, so we did a total make-over on our unit with granite counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms, waynes coating through out, crown molding, and beautiful wood cabinets in kitchen and bathroom. Also, what I love about our condo is the pool that fronts the beach; the expansive lanai that you can access from the master bedroom and living room. In the winter season, I love listening to the breakers at night while sleeping with the door open. The king size bed is more comfortable than the one we have at home. Many visitors have commented on how well they slept on this comfortable king size bed. I also like the convenience of walking across the street to rent a boat, and having access to the beach rentals located on the beach-side in front of the Pink Shell Resort & Spa. Often we enjoy the breakfast buffet and the spa next door. Charlie and I enjoy the uniqueness of our condo and the location, and we plan to keep this condo, so that one day, our grandchildren will be able to enjoy it too.
