Once you step inside this grand Tuscan-style home, you’ve entered your own private oasis. It’s a luxurious, inviting environment with privacy and elegance. I thought I had checked into one of Scottsdale’s premier spas! Professionally decorated with the finest materials and craftsmanship, this is an impressive estate.
The royal master suite took my breath away. It featured a gas fireplace, flat screen TV in the bedroom and master bath, jetted tub, shower/steam room, 2 separate dressing areas, sitting area with coffee bar and the most comfortable bed ever! If you want to get pampered, this is the room for you. Each bedroom was beautifully appointed with luxurious furnishings, bedding and linens. I enjoyed the convenience of having surround sound stereo throughout the home. All I had to do was select the music I loved and sit back and relax in any room. The home’s 12 flat screen TVs also provided plenty of entertainment.
My group enjoyed the spectacular outdoor living area. By day, spray misters cooled us off under the covered patio. For the cool evenings, the outdoor fireplace provided a cozy atmosphere and warmth. We ate many of our meals outdoors and watching March Madness games on the large flat screen TV. Don’t miss the photos of the beautifully landscaped pool with waterfall and great hot tub. On the grounds, we also discovered a playground area for the kids, grass and horseshoe pit.
We truly received the royal treatment by Diane, the VRBO vacation rental owner of this luxurious Tuscan home. The hospitality extended by our host far exceeded our expectations! When you book a vacation at Diane’s place, she’ll make sure your stay is unforgettable! From getting a massage in your room to hiring a personal chef, Diane will help make your vacation dreams a reality. One member of our group had a 50th birthday while we visited the Scottsdale area and Diane made arrangements for her personal chef to provide a big “5-0” cake. For your special occasion, Diane will arrange to make it memorable.
The amazing thing about this incredible estate is its close proximity to the conveniences of restaurants and shopping, yet the home offers so much privacy and security that you feel you’ve escaped the city. Once we arrived, we found that we didn’t want to leave these lavish amenities.
Spoil yourself at this one-of-a-kind, stunning retreat in Paradise Valley!

Why the Owner Chose Paradise Valley
Location, Location, Location...Paradise VAlley is the most convenient area to be in. With golfing being my sport of choice, I can be at one of twenty courses in less than 20 minutes or less. Walk to Starbucks in the morning for coffee or take a bike out for excerise on the biking trails. Shopping is so close and great food selections within minutes.
The Unique Benefits at this House
This estate is private yet very convenient to everything. The weather in Arizona is great and the home provides inside/outside living for meals and entertainment. The 25 feet of open patio doors brings the outside right into the family room with no bugs! I enjoy entertaining and love the outdoor grilling area and T.V. on the patio. You feel like you are at peace every place you look in the acre back yard.
Great selection of restaurants and excellent take-home food.
Great shopping; great restaurants in the mall and the waterfront area, as well as art galleries, clubs, etc. Don't miss this area on your visit to Scottsdale.
2009 Fall Baseball and 2010 Spring Training. Home spring training stadium of the San Francisco Giants.

What a wonderful experience! We rented the house for 2 weeks for a family vacation/wedding. The house is better than advertised, and Diane is the best host that you could ask for. She was more than accommodating to our group and also catered an amazing dinner for our wedding. The location is ideal for shopping and dining and offers ample privacy. We still can’t get over the details and finish of the house. I doubt that most owners treat you like a valued guest the way Diane does, and you will leave Paradise Valley with a new friend that you feel like you have known your entire life!

My group stayed here in April 2011 for a company retreat. The set up could not have been better with each of our group of 7 having their own bedroom. The large outdoor living area was perfect for casual meetings and relaxing poolside. The owner Diane is gracious and welcoming and extremely helpful. The location was also ideal for us as it was close to Scottsdale Road restaurants, stores, golf and other amenities. This was our second stay and we would definitely stay here again
Owner response:What a wonderful group of businessmen to have in my rental property. I could not have asked for neater and nicer people. This group is always welcome at my property. They are special to us here and they know my homes are always open to them or their families. They are truly the best! Hope to see them next year as wel.

This property is outstanding! Complete with lemon and orange trees in the backyard, the home and estate are both awesome! Workmanship on everything is top-knotch!! Our family was overwhelmed with the beauty and warmth of this location-and the warmth did not just come from the sun!! Diane is a fabulous host, very attentive and welcoming. We hope to return one day when we are able to stay longer!
Owner response:I have yet to meet anyone from Calgary that did not become part of my family. How wonderful this family was to have here! As a hostess, I was the one really blessed to have them. Ya'll come back, the warm weather and blue sky miss you as well. Diane

You won't find a better place!! Our group of 8 golfers were treated like Royalty! The home is huge, bedrooms were terrific, and the outside patio/pool/barbeque areas are outstanding! The pictures do not do justice to this listing. Located in Paradise Valley and close to everything - walk to Ruth's Chris, coffee shops, and you are 5-10 mins. to all the best golf courses! I highly recommend this property!
Owner response:It was a pleasure having this group of Calvary golfer's at the Grand Tuscan and our goal is to always help people create a wonderful memory of their trip by staying here! This group was a wonderful and fun loving group to have here! Diane Bearden

My husband and I stayed in the 2 bedroom guest house. This is a beautiful property and Diane makes you feel immediately welcome with muffins and a tour of her beautiful property. She is a gem! If no one is renting the main house you can use the pool area which is a wonderful soothing place to read. The guest house has very elegant furnishings and linens. It has everything. The location is perfect since it is close to the best restaurants and resorts of Paradise Valley and a short trip to downtown Scottsdale.

Our stay here was unbelieveable! Making the arrangements was so easy and finding the property was also very easy. We were immediately welcomed with fresh hot banana pudding and shown all around the property. The place is prettier than the pictures on the website. This is like being in the pages of Architectural Digest! We loved it here and can't wait to return to our new found family in AZ.

Talk about GRAND!! We had a Management Retreast/Golf outing which included having to entertain clients in the area, our one week stay was unreal. We had gourmet meals, by chef Karen , all tee times were handled along with any other requests such as dining, nightlife, car services, etc. Expensive? Maybe to some, but compared to six rooms at a hotel--we were BLOWN AWAY by the value we found in this estate. OUR MANAGEMENT MEETING WENT GREAT, AND THE GOALS WE SET WERE EVEN HIGHER AFTER EXPOSURE TO THIS GRAND RESORT/HOME!! Thanks for the wonderful treatment and may I say this trip was way beyond our EXPECTIONS!!
