Brand new! This 714 Carolina Blvd. Beach House is wonderful with private in ground pool! Only 100 yards to beach access and a short walk to local restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Everything is right outside your door!
Immaculately built and decorated for comfortable low country living! Open floor plan with hardwoods and high ceilings. Beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, double sink, undercounter ice maker and wet bar. Laundry room next to kitchen with pantry, freezer, wine/beverage cooler, washer and dryer. Dining table seats eight and seating for three at kitchen island.
Comfortable living room with gas fireplace and flat screen television. Living room has 3 pair of french doors opening onto screen porch overlooking private pool with lots of seating and dining table for four. There is a private den/sunroom with sectional sofa and another television.
All bedrooms have private oversize bathrooms (with hair dryers) and cable televisions. One bedroom, with queen bed, is on the first level and has 2 pair of french doors to front porch. Three bedrooms are on the second level. One with queen bed and 3 pair of french doors opening onto private porch, one with two queen beds, and the master suite.
Master suite has king bed, sitting area with gas fireplace, refrigerator, huge private screen porch overlooking pool, and a great dressing room. Master bathroom has double sinks, shower and jetted tub.
The nautical inspired third floor lookout (with window walls on 3 sides) has ocean and intracoastal waterway views. Sunsets and July 4th fireworks are amazing! There is a television and comfortable seating for hanging out.
This is low country living at its best! The private pool area includes a fantastic outdoor enclosed hot/cold showerhouse with changing room. Relax in this wonderful beach house, play by the beach or pool, read a book on the porch of your choice, take a stroll, or drive to Charleston for all it has to offer!
MUST BE 25 years of age or older to rent this home! We remind you this home is located in a residential area, and Isle of Palms is sensitive to inappropriate noise levels emanating from rental homes, particularly in the evening hours. Parties and large gatherings at the pool area after 10pm are not allowed. The noise ordinance is enforced by the Isle of Palms Police. Violations of the noise ordinance could result in fines and/or eviction.

The pictures and reviews gave us high expectations... and when we arrived, they were exceeded. This is a lovely home, well-maintained, comfortable and full of upscale amenities. VERY short walk to beach (my 3-year-old did it easily), quiet neighborhood, lovely outdoor spaces for eating, readying, enjoying sunset views. We hope to come back. No reason not to rent this house!

We rented this house for our family to stay in for our daughter's wedding. The bride got the master bedroom and that's where the bridesmaids got ready. Lots of photos were taken on front and back lawn - beautiful and so much fun! We all felt it was a home we could move into and be content with no changes and are looking forward to a return trip one day soon. Loved the feel of coming home (to the house) after being in town or on the beach for various wedding activities!! The owner was pleasant to work with and the house was even better than the pictures and description. Thank you so much for a wonderful place to stay for a special occasion.

Just got home from a wonderful long weekend with my girlfriends celebrating our 40th Birthdays! This house is so much more than the pictures can truly show! You feel right at home and it is so comfortable with everything you need & you will never want to leave. We enjoyed all of the outdoor areas, one per night, as well as the roooms inside. Do remember to bring beach towels for your short walk to beach, it is well worth the trip and hope to get to visit again! I would recommend it for all ages! Love it!

We just returned from renting this home for a week. Love the fact that it is a FRI/FRI rental. This was our second trip to IOP for a family vacation. This home was AMAZING!!! The pictures do NOT do it justice!! It was a wonderful experience. The home is equipped with EVERYTHING!!! We even went to purchase a baby gate to keep little ones from wandering up the stairs and later found one upstairs in a closet. Also we forgot our sons booster seat for eating at the table and they had one in the pantry! The home was spotless upon arrival!! The only thing I would recommend is to bring a few extra bath towels. We had 3 sets in our bathroom but had to launder them every few days!!! We will definitely rent this home again!

The pictures don't do the house justice!! We stayed here the first week of June for a family reunion-and ours was the house all 30 relatives wanted to be in!! It's just gorgeous- spacious, beautifully decorated, well equipped. Easy walk to the beach and the pool is great as well. We'd stay here again!

We rent somewhere in the USA each year for a family (9) get together in this price range for a week - from the East Coast to the West Coast. This house and experience was the very best of all of our rentals. Superior design and accomodations, and easy to work with the owner. Loved The Isle of Palms and SC. We intend to come back as this one is definitely one of our favorites.

i rented this house for my sister's wedding weekend for the bridesmaids and myself. we had such an amazing time! this house has everything you could ever need, including a pool and a beautiful screened in porch on two different levels! there is plenty of extra sleeping room, we had a few groomsmen "crash" at the house, and there were plenty of couches to go around. i would absolutly reccommend this house for any occasion! thanks SO much for letting us use your beautful home, i really appreciate it!
