'Are We There Yet' -
Lovely 4 bedroom 4 bath South Wlaton Beach rental! This quaint little beachside bungalow is ideally located in Blue Mountain Beach - Just ten minutes east of Destin and only 5 minutes West of Seaside!

All one level with a split floor plan - 2 bedroom and 2 baths on each side of the home with the living room, dining room and kitchen in the center of the home. Two king masters both with gulf views and doors leading out to the back deck. There is another king bedroom on the north-west wing of the home and a bedroom with two twin beds on the north east wing.

Out back there is a massive deck for sunning and lounging about. Parking for up to Four vehicles (maybe five depending on size)

Our family hates to leave the house "Are We There Yet" every year! The owners have updated in the family room and it is a nice beachy feel. Love the ceiling to floor drapes! The house is a perfect size for our family of six. We each get our own private bedroom/space with bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. It was nice to have a washer and dryer! You can't beat the view from the deck of the ocean, beach and sunsets! We just wish the calendar wasn't so full.

Great Vacation! Third year in a row staying in this comfortable vacation home located directly on the Gulf. Has all the ammenities needed, as we are 2 couples vacationing together. Love the 2 Master bedrooms with King beds that both overlook the Gulf....one on each side of the house, so there is lots of privacy for all. Ocean Reef Vacation Rentals is a great company to work with....friendly, knowledgable staff who are committed to excellence. Love, love, love "Are We There Yet" located in Blue Mt Beach, FL on desirable 30A!

I have stayed at this property before and the renovations/facelift it has gotten is very nice! The living room was very comfortable and the kitchen was super nice. Adding wifi to the property would be my only recommendation. Also the cable connection was super staticky which makes for winding the kids down with a little Disney jr kind of difficult. But aside from technological aspects they did a great job updating the property, very nicely done!! The property is super comfortable and very nicely appointed. The location is awesome as well, very family oriented and quiet. The beach is right outside your back door and is absolutely pristine. The kitchen is great as well, allows you to see the whole house 360 while cooking which is good to keep an eye on the kiddos. Great house for family and kids!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during Spring Break. The newly remodeled kitchen is fabulous and the kitchen is fully stocked. The location is incredible with decent restaurants, bike rental shop, liquor store, small convenience store all within walking distance. A Publix grocery store is about 2-3 miles away on Hwy 98. We hope to stay in this house again soon. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, people with disabilities, age 55+, girls getaway.
