The kitchen, dining and den are conveniently located on the main floor. The second floor accommodates 4 bedrooms and 2 baths with a deck for sunning and relaxing.
*A $400.00 security deposit is required within 7 days after reservation is made to hold your request.
*Balance is due in full 30 Days before rental date.
*If house is left damage free, and the keys are returned, the $400.00 security deposit will be returned. If not, the $400.00 security deposit will cover repairs. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this peoperty.

We stayed in this house July 18th - July 25th. Tim and Susan are wonderful people to rent from --- house was so clean and organized -- thoroughly enjoyed staying there and I will book from them again.
