Accommodations:  Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths (Sleeps 6-8)

All Oct weekdays, Sun - Wed nights - $79/nt plus cleaning, taxes, parking pass. Call or e-mail for your dates as I have three condos in this same building!

~ granite in kitchen and baths - dual sinks in BOTH baths plus one half-bath in hallway
~ premium Simmons Beautyrest King AND Queen mattress (there is also a set of twin bunks)
~ all 400-thread count linens
~ 2 leather sectionals, custom lighting, wonderful artwork including some original works
~ loaded kitchen with everything you need, including spices and condiments
~ beach cart, beach towels, and rolling cooler provided

Sleeping:
Master = KING
Second bedroom = one set Twin Bunks and one QUEEN.
Two large leather sectionals (not sleepers, but can accommodate youths easily.

We are sandwiched on a narrow peninsula, between the Gulf on West Beach and Little Lagoon, which lies behind the unit! West Pass (Lee Callaway Bridge) which connects the lagoon to the Gulf, is about a 3-block walk to the west of our condo.

This is a unique area - water views everywhere you turn!

Gulf Shores has all the comforts and activities of Destin or other popular beach towns, but at a fraction of the cost, and with WAY LESS TRAFFIC!

Did I mention the 30-foot wide WALL OF GLASS with panoramic views of the Gulf? The 8-mile long Little Lagoon behind us for fishing. Incredible upgrades inside the unit.

This is our third condo purchase in this same building - we are SMITTEN with not only the area, but the views and spaciousness these condos provide. I was born and raised in Pensacola - next town over - and the beach is my favorite place to be. We are in our condos in Gulf Shores about 10 times a year, and NEVER want to go home. We hope you'll feel the same because we've put in nothing but the best for you, to make your vacation UNBELIEVABLE!

    • Beautiful condo, spectacular view! This condo had EVERYTHING we needed - plenty of comfortable seating in living room, large bathrooms, and a great kitchen. VERY short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back!!

    • We really enjoyed staying in your beautiful condo! It gave my husband and I the opportunity to have some "re-connect" time along with another couple. The decor was beautiful. It has inspired me to create a "blue" room in my home. The view was absolutely breathtaking. Its worth getting up a little early to see. The kitchen was well furnished. We were able to create a five star meal and present it to our spouses. My husband was hooked to the television. My only suggestion would be a small cd player (our five star dinner was missing that musical ambience), a larger saute pan, and a blowdryer. Other than that, we were covered! We look forward to another stay very soon. Thanks again!

    • What a fabulous and relaxing place to end our summer! Our family of four recently spent four wonderful days at Sanibel 1203. We were very comfortable, and could have easily brought a few extra friends along. My favorite spot was the large patio overlooking the beach to unwind and read a book. The beach is just across the road, and it was absolutely no problem at all to access the beach – less than five minutes. Dana is extremely easy to work with, and answered any text I sent her immediately. We could not have asked for a better place to spend our vacation. Note for next year – need to stay longer!
