We looked everywhere and were so rewarded upon arriving at Casita Pepita and meeting Mike and Mir. The casita is so well done with fine attention to detail. The view is the best we found from any home in the area. The garden is truly special. Miles of empty beaches in front to stroll. We were mesmerized by the surf. We took plenty of side trips but were happiest making breakfast and sitting on the porch soaking up sun and rest. We loved the feel of Todos Santos and everyone we met or ran into. What made the place truly magical was the hospitality offered by Mike and Mir. You won't find better people as your hosts.

This was my husband and my third trip to Casa Pepitas. This place is amazing!!! If you want a peaceful scenic and friendly atmosphere then this is your place. The casita has all the amenities that you would want or need. It is a short ride into town where there are many unique one of a kind restaurants Make sure to eat at Londi's at the Todo Santos Inn .I recommend her shrimp spaghetti and lemon drop martinis. There is also a wonderful massage therapist Didi trained in Paris that has built her business in Todos Santos. Arrangements can be made to have a massage in your own casita. We spent some of our time in Cerrito beach a local favorite. It has a fun on the beach bar and restaurant and is known as the place to surf and boggie board. There are miles of beaches to walk right in front of the casita, and if your there during whale season you will be amazed at the scenery right on the porch of the casita. Probably the best thing about Casa Pepita's is the local knowledge and hospitality of owners Mike and Mir Lund. We are planning our next trip for July 2012!!!

Beautiful location, fabulous hosts - so thoughtful and generous, the house and property are immaculate - even more beautiful than the pictures show. Felt very safe and comfortable - great bed and bedding!! Cute town away from the craziness of touristy Cabo. Watched most sunsets from the gorgeous rooftop. You can't swim in the ocean right in front of the property, but there are plenty of options nearby. Overall, we loved our trip here. It was difficult to leave and we would highly recommend it!

We spent a week at Casita Pepita in February, 2011. It was a most welcome reprieve from the cold! From beginning to end, our experience with Mike and Mir was exceptional. Mike's correspondence with us on email was prompt and he was most accommodating when we had to change our dates. The property was a wee bit hard to find, at first, as we were unfamiliar with sand roads. However, we arrived at the property to find an oasis in the desert and it does, indeed, have the lullaby of the ocean from the room. The Casita was very well equipped (we ate breakfasts and dinner in), the bed was most comfortable and the view was outstanding. We enjoyed sitting on the patio just watching the waves and the spouting whales swim by. Mike and Mir were very attentive and made sure that we had everything that we needed. Their property is beautiful and the garden is quite special. This area of Baja was interesting for us - no large resorts, beaches are not swimming beaches and it is true desert topography. This made for a quiet holiday, with long walks on the beach and down quiet roadways, with excellent sunshine.
