Wonderful Vacation!

Our family just returned from staying a week in this beautifully remodeled condo. The pictures accurately reflect the gorgeous gulf front view and appearance of the unit. My 4-yr-old daughter loved watching movies in her bunk area. Our bed was very comfortable. The granite and stainless are beautiful and the dishwasher is the quietest I've ever heard... now I must get one of those! There was never a wait for the elevators. Having the washer/dryer across the hall was convenient. The resort's staff was always friendly and helpful. The onsite market and beachside bar was a plus. The resort's location was centrally located to restaurants and activities. We enjoyed the beach in the morning and the pool in the afternoon (it's partially shaded by the building). Recommend dining at McGuire's, Dewey Destin, The Back Porch, and Pompano Joe's. Activities we enjoyed: The Original Sea Blaster Sunset Dolphin Cruise with Capt. Larry was the best!; Wed. night outdoor concert at Baytowne Wharf; Thurs. night fireworks at HarborWalk; Saturday night outdoor concert at HarborWalk; drive to Seaside and have lunch at Bud & Alley's.

Our family stayed in this condo the week before Memorial Day and we loved it! It is beautiful, comfortable and the view is great! The beds are super comfy and the furnishings are beautiful!!!

Excellent condo with awesome amenities. Overall a very nice resort. My only complaint is no gulf view from the bedroom!!

Great Family Vacation!

Had a great time at recent family vacation. Lots to see and do, or nothing at all except gaze at the aquamarine waves! The unit had a nice decor and was clean, comfortable and quiet. This resort has a nice dry and steam sauna as well as indoor/outdoor pool, so there is plenty to do. A plus is the cafe and shop on site. There is a set of gas grills available for use, too. We found it all to be well maintained and clean. There are 4 nice flat screen tvs in this unit--daughter loved the flat screens in the bunk beds. We liked the peace of mind of renting thru the mgmt co in case of problems...though there were no problems. Also, plenty of nice golf courses nearby. We are hoping to come back next year!

Like I told this renter, because I am so far away from Florida(west Tennessee) I hire the front desk at the Pelican to take care of any maintenance and other problems that pop up. Also, when you rent my condo you pick up your key at the front desk when you check in.

I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying in your condo last week. Your condo is beautiful and had everything that we needed for a memorable vacation. The view of the Gulf from your balcony is fantastic! Our kids especially LOVED the bunk beds with the TV/DVD players! This was our first trip to Destin and we absolutely loved it and there were so many things for us to do. Thanks again!

This condo is first class! We came to relax and this condo is perfect for our getaway! I love how I can sit on the balcony and look right down on the beach! The sound of the surf fills the living room and for those of us that live in the center of the country . . . that's what we want when we make it to the beach! Luxurious kitchen with granite countertops? WoW!! We feel right at home here! It's close to the water park, and restaurants, and shopping. OK, I gotta go . . . so much to do here!! Y'all come!

We are on day 4 of our 6 day and night vacation in Destin. We are staying in unit #1004 and it is absolutely beautiful. The beach and water is gorgeous and we are having a fantastic time. I highly recommend #1004 at Destin's Pelican Beach Resort.

I just completed cancer treatments and staying in the Frazier's condo unit #1004 was just relaxing and the view breathtaking. We cannot wait to return to Destin, the Pelican Beach Resort and unit #1004.
