Location, Location, Location. This lovely Glendale three bedroom two bath home with a two car garage. It has just been painted inside and out. New furniture and bedding has also been added. The master bedroom has a King bed, the second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom had a day bed which makes into two twins or a King bed.
The home is in the middle of all west side activities and is close to downtown Phoenix. Our home is located five (5) minutes from Westgate, University of Phoenix Stadium and the new Camelback Ranch Ball Park. In fifteen (15) minutes you can be at Phoenix International Raceway (PIR), Luke Air Force Base, Goodyear Ball Park, Wildlife World Zoo and Aquarium, Maryvale Stadium, Peoria Sports Complex, Arrowhead Mall, and Sun City. In thirty-five (35) minutes or less you can be in downtown Phoenix, at America West Arena, Chase Field, Arizona Botanical Gardens, HoHoKam Stadium, Phoenix Municipal Stadium, Scottsdale Stadium, Surprise Stadium, Temple Diablo Stadium or West World.

We have lived in the Glendale area for 20 years and believe it is a great place. Since so many people are finding Arizona a wonderful place to visit, we thought it would be nice to provide a warm and inviting place to relax. There is something going on close by all the time so the location is perfect for visitors.

I had an excellent stay here for 3 nights. The vacation home had everything we need and was close by many stores and restaurants. The house was very clean and came stocked with everything we needed. The owners of the house were very helpful with what we needed. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in town. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Very clean home with comfortable furniture and beds. It was great to come home to a cool house and relaxing atmosphere after being out in record August heat. The house is in a newer area with shopping and restaurants and has easy access to highways.
Recommended for:Age 55+, sightseeing, girls getaway, people with disabilities, romantic getaway.

Stayed here last March, Enjoyed it very much. Very close to Dodger Spring Training . We have been coming toGlendale since the Dodgers moved from Vero Beach. Wish we could have stayed here this year. Still looking for a house in Glendle.
