  We really enjoyed our weekend stay in this condo. The view is fantastic, and the beds are big. The owner was also very responsive to any questions we had. Thanks again for letting us stay in your beautiful condo Colleen!

  My rating of our 2 month stay (early Jan. to early Mar. 2013) would have been higher except for a major exterior painting project for the whole building. It was no fault of the condo owner. The condo was very clean and in good condition. We would have rented it for the same time next year except it is not available.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.

  Owner response: Thank you for your review of your stay in my condo. Unfortunately winter is the slowest time for renters so most of the bigger projects are done at that time. It takes those projects to maintain our beautiful property. I hope you find a condo for your next winter away from the cold and snow of the midwest.

  The condo was clean and the description and photos accurately reflected the appearance. I would stay here again. We came at the time they were doing beach replenishment so we were able to dig and find so many shells I had to go to Target and buy a container to bring them home. It was a good time. I would recommend driving to Mobile and touring the U.S.S Alabama and going to Pensacola's Naval Aviation Museum. It was a great vacation and would recommend this condo to anyone.

  Nice clean large condo, nicely decorated. Shower heads no so great, bathroom fixtures could use some updating . Master bedroom on lagoon side noisy, we were woken up every morning around 4:30 am by garbage trucks empting dumpster. But all said and done, would love to go back.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.

  Owner response: I will be going to my condo for a month in the Fall to check on things that need to be taken care of for future guests. Thank you for your suggestions regarding the shower heads and fixtures.

  With my kids getting older, I wanted to plan one last family vacation. I couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The condo was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The view from the balcony was amazing. I would recommend this condo to anyone. In fact, my friends and I are talking about maybe taking a "girl's" vacation next year and will certainly see if Colleen's condo is available. Colleen always responded to any questions I had within a few hours. There are lots of nearby activities and restaurants to the condo. LuLu's is a short drive and worth the trip. Pier 33 is a great convenience store that is about 1/4 of a mile (if that) down the road. We were there often grabbing snacks for hungry teenagers! Doc's Seafood was also not far away, very good and reasonably priced. Thanks again for allowing us to use your home.

  We loved the condo and will rent it again in the future. It was clean and ready for us when we got there. The view was super. The condo had plenty of room for three couples to spend a week together, both collectively and individually. There were plenty of dishes-we cooked several nights. We could not have asked for a better condo.

  This condo and the owner were wonderful! The place was huge and each bedroom had a bathroom. Will definitely stay here again mostly because the owner was very personable and helpful. I forgot the lock key code at home and had to call her for it.

  What a beautiful, clean and spacious condo!!!! Your condo is very nice and the view from the balcony is wonderful. The condo is furnished very well and it is very comfortable. This is our 2nd year staying in your condo and have already set a date for next year. Very close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. We love going to the Hangout, LuLu's and Papa Rocco's!!! I would recommend this wonderful place to anyone looking to stay in Gulf Shores.
