  My daughter and I have been going to Holden Beach for 30 years and have stayed in many homes. This condo was really one of the favorite places we've stayed when just the two of us come. The location is perfect, the view is wonderful, and above all the accommodations are like staying in a real home. The furniture is lovely and so comfortable. The beds are THE BEST we have ever encountered at Holden. What a great investment for getting us to return again. Next time I would take extra towels, but that is the only con I have. The owners contacted us to see that all was well when we arrived and I was sure that if we had issues they would have been addressed promptly, but there were none. Very well maintained and a great place to stay. Walk across the street and you're on the beach. We will definitely be returning to OB West Indies.

  Condo was clean and ready for us upon arrival. Weather was perfect and our stay @ Holden Beach very enjoyable. Had dinner @ Pete's - lobster risotto was excellent! There is just something about crossing the Holden Beach bridge that soothes my soul!!!! Always has and always will!

  Recommended for: Girls getaway.

  This condo is everything promised by the owners. The owners made it possible for us to make a "last minute" trip to our favorite beach! If you like the beach, you will love this condo!

  We had a very pleasant stay at OB West Indies. The location was convenient to the beach. The space was nice and comfortable, and we loved the kitchen. The owners are great hosts, and the space was very clean and welcoming. We definitely look forward to returning to Holden!

  Nice week at Holden Beach. The condo was nice enough and generally clean although we had a number of issues with the master bath shower (no curtain and faucet was broken, internet connections did not work and a few other items. It took several days for everything to be resolved- the owners were responsive, took awhile for the contractors to make the fixes. The condo had all we needed for a nice stay- traffic noise and busy complex detracted from what could have been a peaceful vacation.

  Owner response: We take great pride in our home, as well as our service partners on the island, as reflected by all of our reviews. Only the liner was missing in the bath, the shower curtain was present, and the liner was replaced the next day. The internet was a problem with the service provider, which was addressed within 12 hours. We were in constant contact with our guests via phone and text to ensure their stay was amazing, as we do with all of our guests. As all visitors of Holden know, it's one of the most peaceful, quiet beaches within the Brunswick stretch.

  Our two week stay at OB West Indies was about as perfect as a vacation could be! I cannot say how priceless it is to not pay ocean front prices...yet have a direct view of the ocean without a house blocking your view! This condo is located further down the island...which we love...less traffic. A quick walk across the street and you are on the sand. There is no doubt our family will return again and again to OB West Indies! Thank you for opening and sharing your beautiful condo!

  Our stay was exactly as advertised. We had a much needed relaxing beach vacation. Our son had a great time and made lots of friends with the other kids.

  My husband and I spent a week at OB West Indies and enjoyed every minute of our time at Lisa and Dave's condo on the NC coast. The setup is great. The master bedroom has an ocean view and how great it was to wake up with the sunrise. The ocean view from the deck is beyond compare and just the spot to curl up with a book or play a game of Scrabble. The beach is literally minutes from the beach and is perfect for a quick fast paced workout walk in the a.m. or a slower paced "relax and watch the sun set" walk as the perfect way to end a perfect day. We are avid golfers and a plethora of golf courses are available within a 30 minute radius. You will not regret booking a vacation at Lisa and Dave's condo! It was a fabulous vacation and the communication with the owner's was stellar!

  WOW.....the place was exactly as advertised and then some. The furnishing looked like those found in a design magazine. My wife continued to talk about how beautiful everything was on our ride home. She felt she had stayed in a 5 star hotel. You will not be disappointed.

  We enjoyed the condo very much clean well kept! Had an issue with the drain in the master bathroom and it was fixed right away! Was not expecting that at all. Looking forward to next year already!
