There are five bedrooms on the lower level. A quiet, restful king suite, two rooms each with two queen beds and, finally, two bedrooms each with twin beds claim the remaining portion of the lower level. As with the upper level bedrooms, each of these first level bedrooms has a flat screen TV and all bathroom floors are stone.

Our family of 17 rented this beuatiful home Christmas through New Years and we had an amazing time!! The house offered the space we needed for gathering together, time alone, or time with a small group. The dining table, along with the breaskfast bar met all our dining needs. We all loved having our own bathroom and not having to share. The best part of the house was the outside fireplace and seating. We enjoyed a fire most nights and watching the bowl games. The outdoor seating could not have been better. The kicthen and living areas are very spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The short walk to the beach was enjoyed by all. We spent much time playing volleyball and walking the beach since the weather was great!! It's location in Sea Pines made it great for biking. I would recommend this home for any large family gathering as it offers the space and the location is great as it is close to shopping, golf, the beach etc.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My wife and I have been vacationing in HHI for over 30 years, this is the best house we've ever stayed in. Plenty of room, great location and a great outdoor pool area for relaxing and entertaining. Whether you like the beach, the pool, golf or biking, this house is close to all. We'll definately go back. Very NICE!Recommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

What a lovely home to vacation in!! The pictures on line truely do not do it justice. Each room was better than the last.The home is set up with the bedrooms in different "wings" so it was easy to get some private time but has several great areas to gather as a group. We especially enjoyed the semi circular granite bar in the kitchen. Everyone seemed to gravitate to that area to talk. The home was very clean and neat upon our arrival. Being the cook of the group, I enjoyed the large and well appointed kitchen. Rarely have I stayed in a rental that has the all of the equipment I need to cook as this did. There was even a big pot to prepare our seafood boil. We all loved staying in and preparing our meals on the grill and then jumping in the hot tub. The outdoor space is huge and can be used in any weather. Great access to the beach right outside the back gate. We used the bikes to ride all around Sea Pines for a little exercise. Some of our group needed to do some work while on HH so the wi-fi worked out great. We could all check our emails and get on line without a problem. There is nothing like getting your work done by the pool!! All in all it was a great place to stay and we hope to return next year. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We stayed in this house with other couples and had a fantastic time for a week ! The house is so big that you can have a great time with other people there but still enjoy some privacy if you want it ! The amenities of the house are great and numerous . The location of the house is awesome....Sea Pines , all of the bike and walking trails , 100 yard private walk to the beach, on a small lane with no traffic , close to restaurants, shops, sights, etc . I can't think of anywhere else I'd rather stay on HHI . We are looking forward to a return trip in the future !Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The house is fantastic! Great location in Sea Pines. Very convenient access to the beach. The patio/pool area is one of the largest and nicest I have seen on Hilton Head. Complimentary bottle of wine from the owner's family vineyards in France is a nice touch.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
