Location: Folly Beach, Charleston Area, South Carolina, USA (located less than 15 minutes to Beautiful Charleston)

Accommodations:  Condominium, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2.5 Baths (Sleeps 4-6)

Come visit our tastefully furnished vacation property on the beautiful Folly River, minutes from the Atlantic Ocean. A marina and crabbing/fishing dock is directly outside or you can watch the gorgeous sunset views from our private deck and screened porch. Boaters can make arrangements for a slip through Mariners Cay Marina located on the property. Guests also have full use of the on-site, Olympic-size pool and tennis courts steps away from our unit.

Our unit sleeps 6 people with a queen size bed in the master and twin beds in the guest bedroom. The living room is equipped with a queen size sleeper sofabed.

All of the flooring and carpet has been updated recently.

The quaint village of Folly Beach is a few minutes walk with beach activities, churches, restaurants, pubs, and shopping. Known as the "Edge of America," Folly Beach is a unique blend of laid-back charm and modern amenities. Our beaches are ideal for surfing, swimming, fishing, or just walking and collecting sea shells and a great tan. Spend a beach day at either the Morris Island Lighthouse or pristine Charleston County National Park or both.

The nationally-acclaimed city of Charleston is a short drive and offers museums, historical sights, world-class restaurants, and shopping.

Do it all or do nothing but relax in our home-away-from-home.

  • We loved our time at Mariners Cay in this condo, and look forward to staying there again. It was nicely decorated with ample space. The amenities were great! The view was spectacular! It was wonderful to wake up in the morning after a restful sleep, and sit on the screened porch with a cup of coffee, and watch the dolphins swim up into the marina. At night we watched the boats come in. It was quiet and peaceful, and so easy to get to the beach as well as historic Charleston. Never noisy. Very safe and secure. The pool area was beautiful, and easy to walk to. We had a wonderful experience, and look forward to our next visit.

  • My family thoroughly enjoyed our week at this condo. It is lovely and we felt right at home. My husband's favorite spot was the screened porch watching the boats on the water, the fishermen on the dock and the dolphins playing in the water. I enjoyed exploring the beaches and riding my bike to nearby Folly Beach. The condo has all the comforts of home and is very clean and well-furnished. We cooked most of our meals there and ate out on the screened porch overlooking the water. We look forward to being back next Summer.

  • This condo was in the perfect location for our family vacation. It is a direct shot to the beach and minutes from historic Charleston. The condo was exactly as presented in the listing and the dock in the back was excellent. My husband and kids were outside fishing 2 times a day. The pool was close by and clean though we only went there once b/c we were so busy doing touristy things. Marie is great to work with and answered any questions promptly.
