  We rented the cottage for Thanksgiving because our daughter owns the house next door and we knew that we loved the location. However, we had no idea how adorable and comfortable this cottage would be. The house was the perfect place for us to get away from all the clamor of grandkids next door, and we loved everything about this little piece of heaven. So fresh and clean and well appointed.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  This is a great house, and we really enjoyed our stay. The house is located in a great spot for easy walking to and from town, the beach and the 24-hour grocery store (love Bert's!). Appliances and bathrooms are updated, porches are large and the house is comfortable. Tim made access to the house and the internet easy, and provided lots of chairs, dishes, coffee grinder, pots, pans, towels, and more for an easy trip. Watch out for the Palmetto bugs, they try to creep in the porches, yikes!, Ohio girls aren't used to these guys.

  This is a lovely house in a great location, less than a 5 minute walk to the beach or the stores downtown. The house is clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. Plenty of room for my family of five - especially because of the two screened-in porches. Kitchen is very modern and has all the amenities needed - including a washer and dryer!! The beds were very comfortable. All in all a GREAT value - we will definitely stay here again.

  My wife, myself, and another couple stayed at this nice home on our trip to Folly Beach/ Charleston over a long weekend. We had never visited the Charleston/ Folly Beach area and had no idea what to expect. Tim was a great host and was very helpful in making suggestions on where to visit during our stay. The first day was spent at the beach which was great, clean, and an easy walk to and from the home. The second day we took the short 10-15 minute drive into Charleston and spent the day there. We couldn't have been more happy. This is a great destination to take in the beach and a history lesson. We can't wait to go back because we simply didn't have enough time to do everything that this area offers.

  Beautiful home just blocks from the ocean and moments from downtown. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, rocking chairs on the screened-in porches. A great get-away.

  Terrific location - easy walk to restaurants, nightlife, shopping and the beach! The cottage is charming and clean. Loved sitting on the rocking chairs on the porches. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make meals. No TV - which we loved as it was nice to escape the real world for a few days. Tim was really easy to work with and was quick to respond. The only suggestion we had after our stay was darker blinds in the bedrooms as the neighbors left their porch lights on every night.

  Really amazing updated beach house, just lovely. Modern kitchen and bathrooms. The MOST COMFORTABLE beds ever!! Awesome porch in the back. Shaded property, great parking in the back. Loved Folly Beach, great hippie beach vibe. The house is walking distance (4 blocks but doable) and also close to restaurants and bars. Saw dolphins in the water each day. Would love to come back and spend a week next time. The pictures do not do this house justice. In the back bedroom, there are double glass doors you can open to the screened back porch which was lovely! Lots of kitchen gadgets available if needed. Very clean. Extremely nice owner. Would definitely recommend.

  We spent a weekend in this cottage and it was perfect! Cute, charming, functional and a quick walk to the beach! We so enjoyed sitting out in the two screened in porches for breakfast in the morning and cocktails in the evening. Great place to spend time - we WILL be back.

  My husband and I were fortunate enough to stay in this beautiful little beach house last Fall. It's location is perfect, within easy walking distance of everything! It was stunning both inside and out....beautiful architectural details such as hardwood floors and beadboard. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, all was as clean as clean could be, and every room contained artwork and special touches that helped the house to be both classically pleasing and beach-funky at the same time! The porches are soooo nice....one smaller one at the front of the house and a large one on the back, both screened and covered. It rained a good bit during our stay, we were so glad to have these pretty porches to just relax on. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!
